I changed my prediction yesterday to 10-6 once I saw the forecast.

I couldn't care less what the score is as long as we get the W. Go Birds!

Smitten over 110

Yeah but this O is built around being able to run the ball just as it has been the last four years. The fact that we can't consistently run the ball IS the big difference.

If you only want to talk about the difference in the specific play(s) shown in the videos then that's one thing but the poorer play by Hurts isn't the biggest difference in the overall O play.

I agree with you about the run game but again, we were talking about the video posted which was all passing game.

I'm not even sure if I want them to win at this point. I said the cliff for me would be the SD game I'd they lost.

Ow they're still very alive so now Im conflicted.

Couple inches of snow on the ground here in S.Philly and still falling… it’s going to stop and get real cold I suspect, nothing picturesque just annoyance.

I just got done clearing 7 from a storm that was supposed to stay well south and not drop a flake here.

There was enough positive in that SD game to still have some hope. Remember we get Carter and Lane back as well should we get in and we would be a tough out in almost all situations. Perhaps the Rams would score but our D should hold the other teams and keep us in games against any other opponents. Also I think it would be nice to finally win the East back to back as well.

Oof - that would be a state of emergency here.

And aside from an obvious uptick in having players running a hitch, the pass designs were largely the same.

Go ball to Brown? Check.

Roll out to the right and a dump off to Goedert? Check.

Nothing over the middle? Check.

The sequence of calling and the pace is an issue. Hurts deep ball which is usually good has been off all season. Hurts no longer having his legs is an issue as is the running game to begin with.

But many looks were the same

Got 6 to 7 in central jersey now the wife is going to get 8 for having me shovel! lmao

This game should put to bed any question of whether or not this team is still committed. If they come in determined and grind out a W then they will go on to win the East and have their shot to win a playoff game taking them one at a time thereafter. Put up a stinker and lose and the season is done.

Will second that. Time to win or go home

You're going to the game today?

So if we hear a chant from the crowd to play Tanner McKee, we know who started it.

You’re going to bang her twice?

For me the question would be how did they get into the looks? Was it as simple as guys beating one on one coverage or were there deceptions and scheming that got the open looks. Multiple plays were guys were wide open. Bad D or good O?

You must’ve not looked at a forecast for days then.

@mattwill

If they have to grind out a W at home, after getting emasculated publicly for the last month, against a Raiders team that actively wants to lose the game….then they are toast.

If they lose the game, they should start tanking for a draft pick.

They won't tank, but they should fire the head coach and OC at the end of the season.

In this type of wind/cold all they can do is grind. You watched the GB, Det, and Chi games, right?

It was heavy too.

Just something interesting to observe from afar, as it has some degree of relevance to the Eagles:

- Drake Maye is all the rage right now. 2nd year QB having a breakout season, Patriots at the top of the NFL standings. He has a new coach and a new OC this year.

- That new OC happens to be Josh Mcdaniels, who designs the scheme and calls the plays under a defensive HC. Josh Mcdaniels has a complex history, even interviewing here at one point (and fans/media had an aggressively negative reaction to that).

Did the Patriots luck into an OC for life considering that Mcdaniels has had excellent success in NE as an OC but has failed everywhere else? Or will Mcdaniels get HC offers after the great job he's done this year? And what is that going to look like for Drake Maye if he has 3 OC's in the first 3 years of his NFL career?

I want to accept nothing less than a shut out. Considering Kicker performances as of lately , I suppose I will allow 3-6 points
