Good news. I got an email back from VABeach_Eagle, he is ok. He has been tending to his mother's health as she's been in the hospital, and exhausted lately. He says he will be more available to log on

Nice to see Mailata up there, hes had a down year

I honestly didnt think Dean would be much coming off that injury and I really liked the campbell pick but since Dean has come back hes played at an all pro level.

Hes been a beast as an A gap blitzer destroying RBs in his way to taking down qbs and surprisingly solid in coverage. Glad to see him playing having too many good LBs is a not accustomed to good problem for eagles to have.

Tanner being on their is just feeding the media Trolls, what did he have 3 passes? I mean he played well but not much of a sample sze

His 3-3 is what dreams are made of!!!!

So from a seeding standpoint:

Reasonable realities:

  1. The #1 seed is gone.

  2. The division is won.

  3. Eagles are locked in as 2 or 3 seed.

The Washington games, like today, do not count….unless the Commanders surprise everyone and do not shut down Jayden Daniels. In which case, they will put up a fight. If they do not play him, then their whole regular season comes down to the Buffalo game.

Assertions:

  1. If the Eagles beat Buffalo, they will project as the 2 seed. They will be in the somewhat unusual position of debating whether to rest starters in week 18 or play them to secure the 2 seed. For this to happen, the Packers need to lose 1 game and the Bears need to lose 2. This seems quite likely with their respective schedules.

  2. If the Eagles lose to Buffalo (and assuming Dallas loses tonight)…then they are completely locked into the 3 seed and will rest starters week 18.

So if vikings hold on is it done? Or they have to win out and we would have to lose out to lose the division?

Watch them overturn this

I think he was down but the ball may have been moving. That said jones had the first. Just go down after it. Didn’t need the extra yards

After everything, After all the Drama, your Philadelphia Eagles are 2 minutes away from a possible Win and your In game on Saturday.

SKOL!!

Dallas gonna Dallas in December. It’s a good Sunday

Well that was a great day. Some extra breathing room in the division and something to look forward to after the progress today.

Yup...all in all...a pretty good day to be an Eagle fan!

As much heartburn that 3 game skid caused me, all it really cost us was a chance for the one seed

Well that matters.

Also don't have to hear about the NFCE repeat winner BS anymore.

Fitting that we are the ones that ended it.

Looking at all the remaining schedules for the playoff picture, I think it’s overwhelmingly likely that it’s either the Bears or 49ers coming to Philly in the first week of the playoffs.

Eh we won the SB last year year without it. 🤷

My earlier post about Dallas cruising to a win aged poorly quickly. Couldn't be happier to be so wrong.

Yup thats what I told my kids, eagles blow out win, chiefs eliminated from playoffs and cowboys lose.

Only thing that could have made it better was if the cowboy loss eliminated them as well.

Well my chances of picking the DAL record of 7-10 isn’t gonna happen because of the tie but it’s still gonna be close.

PHI Is in a much better position with a couple of significant key injuries today imo. I knew they would come along offensively, I realize it was a bad LAS team but sometimes that’s all you need, a spark. PHI Is in a great position.

Skol!.Vikings win

The 1 Seed isn't over yet honestly I wanted the 1 Seed because we have some injuries and could use the break. There's still a slim chance, everyone would have to be 12-5 and the Eagles would win the tie-breakers. But if they take care of business Saturday now the last two games can be managed. The #2 Seed might be our celling and that means we could make Week 18 a mini-Bye depending on where we are after the Washington and Bills games before the finale. The #3 Seed seems to be the floor at the moment.
