Saquon was the first one to congratulate Tank after his TD, that is how he ended up in the back end of the brawl. I liked the camera shot of Saquon and Cooper on the sidelines after the brawl. Saquon was still fired up and Cooper was giggling at him...I hope one of them was mic'd up. That will be a fun conversation...

Rumor going around is he is dating (or at least seeing/messing around with) John Cena's ex-wife, who is 20 years older. A little strange but whatever.

Not really. See if you can find Benjamin Franklin's essay "Advice to a young man on choosing a mistress".

Not true. If TB wins then Eagles are assured of the #3 seed at worst.

I'd rather the Panthers win. Still don't want any part of TB in a playoff race.

Don't I get credit for my bonus pick?

You do. You do. I don’t know how I missed that one. It’s in the spreadsheet. Brain fart I guess.

Remember campaigning in here 2 years ago for Siposs to leave for weeks, literally pointed that Braden Mann would be a good pickup. I like Matt Gay, Koo and Tucker (if team willing to put up with potential negative PR on that one). Anyone of those is an upgrade from the current version of Jake Elliott. Will see. If he has another bad week you have to go for it. I'm signing a guy on the PS this week if I'm Howie. Don't give an eff about JE's feelings. Trying to win a Superbowl here.

May you find something to love the way announcers love to say gaping hole.

chargers not looking like a top 10 defense today

They did not look top 10 vs Philly either.

AJ had the dropsies and Hurts made several bad decisions.

Mailata canceled out an AJ TD as well.

On a 2-12 team Dart is moving around in the pocket swarmed by defenders as long as possible for more head shots.

NFC EAST QBS

Hurts

Dak

Even if that were true, which it wasn't especially last night, are you not able to see the different route concepts, formations, and the fact that they've gotten more calls in on time?

Olsen was picking up on it and he was absolutely correct that the offense is better than it seems. It has been for weeks now.

It felt like it took them a couple months to break their addiction to 12 personnel, 90% hitches, and running inside zone every play.

Now theyve found some advantageous personnel groupings and playcalls and they just need to focus on execution.

It would also help if Sirianni wasn't coaching like he's on Adderall

Yup...it started with the Chargers game. I was in person with a great end zone view. The spread formation made a more frequent appearance. The routes were different, especially at the intermediate level. It is just too bad the change was covered up by all the miscues and penalties. The first drive was almost all spread formation, and geez...open WRs, open lanes for Hurts and Barkley. They started their second drive with the same spread elements and the ball was moving effectively and then wham...after a first down in came the 12 personnel for 3 consecutive plays and the drive ended. What the heck was that idiot thinking.

The spread was pulling Washington out of their zone and having to show more M-M elements. They eventually countered primarily with their nickel package which meant leverage and advantage for the running game. Washington really had no answer as the Eagles offense was finally dictating the terms and schemes. I am a pretty passive observer when watching, but I have found myself screaming at the TV for most of the season with the stupid condensed formations. I hope they have finally figured it out. Olson did a pretty short but adequate description of the challenge of meshing past practices with the newer spread influence. I believe they need both to be successful in the playoffs.

That is why I am at a conundrum over the best path forward. This teams needs both a lot of rest and more practice and continuity for the offense.

He's also a loose cannon that will eat a ton of cap space. Do they resign him? Probably. Would I personally trade him for more than the Jets got for Williams? Yeah. It would take a haul, but if some team is willing to give that up it's the smarter play the way Howie is drafting. If he wasn't immature I wouldn't be considering it.

It's been like that all year, you they're finally going to get it in two meaningless games?

Unlikely, but it’s more unlikely if they don’t continue to work.

I think chances of us being playoff ready are higher if they continue to play. More specifically skill position players. If Jurgens or Dickerson would truly benefit from sitting, I’m not against that.

dak says he wants to finish strong (stat pad) but with the state of this defense they need as many picks as they can get to rebuild that defense while he's still in his prime

Tucker? I know he went to tryout for Indy last week.

Tucker is more washed than Elliott

I'm still not sure how we could have clinched the division, knocking Dallas out. Dak said they were playing the Rams in the NFCCG. Clearly mistakes have been made, and I'm not going to stop until I get to the bottom of this.

Or until my bag of popcorn finishes popping, which ever comes first.

They aren't going to swap out Jake Elliot before the playoffs. There's little point in wasting time on that

Yea. They aren’t going to bring in competition to the PS either. That would be silly and further tank your kickers confidence

Dak is in play for the ESPN QBR MVP of 2025.

He is 2nd behind Jordan Love but he just needs some more stat padding and a bit more ESPN imagination in that formula.

Justin Tucker last year was 5-8 from 40 to 49 yards and 6-11 from 50+ last year. He’s not an upgrade.

Sirianni and Patullo also deserve some blame in the kicking game because they did him no favors with that end of half debacle yesterday.

Are we getting Christmas with Olokadun next week?

Minshew may be hurt or benched already?

Someone posted he's bad from the left hash as well.

Tucker was 0-2 from 40-49 in the 2020 playoffs.

That's before he got the full time yips.

Hell No!
