There is an opportunity to upgrade RG and get Lane's successor in the building.Tbh that guy might be one guy. Could draft a kid who’s an OT and has guard versatility. Play RG until Lane retires then go out and get your RG of the future down the road. I also don’t think it’s out of the question they bring back Becton (believe the chargers are going to release him in the offseason). I also am higher on cam Williams than most of the blog. I figured it would take 2 years to get there cause he really should’ve gone back to school but i think stoutland has a lot of raw talent to work with. I believe this year was always supposed to be like a redshirt year for him.

Granted Lamar might also be out I was impressed with Malik Willis against CHI. I didn't like him much as a prospect coming out in the draft, but it seems he's made some strides in his development as a QB.

He’s been much better in GB when they’ve needed him to play than he was with the titans
December 22, 2025Dec 22 Well this just feels right to share after the dallas collapse, Lane coming back this week and it's Christmas week. If you have Facebook it's worth the quick watch.Sorry joe ball https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1D2Ep41Qo5/
December 22, 2025Dec 22 Run blocking down. With no Becton, no Johnny Wilson, no BVS, Jurgens & Dickerson less athletic with surgeries, L. Johnson injuries & Dillon drilling Mailata who was hampered for a quite awhile there. That's a lot of hits there. In spite of that, we seem to have reclaimed an identity and as was pretty predictable once Becton left and Steen was the replacement, you should be setting up the run with the pass. The spread offense with empty sets as the key staple. Who would have thunk?!
December 22, 2025Dec 22 What do Eagles fans want more of from the offense?More plays under center?More plays from shotgun?Balance and variety?

I know they’ve been better in the last two weeks, but there’s still plenty of times where Barkley is getting hit at the line of scrimmage or before he even gets the line of scrimmage. I’d like to see us keep improving and eventually make another jump in that area

Their gameplan recognized that WAS likes to stay in base, so they leaned into shotgun rather than the recently successful under center. Sitting Latu also indicated what kinds of plays they were and weren't looking to run.

December 22, 2025Dec 22 @Freshmilk what absolutely useless garbage propaganda. Are you counting 15 games from his rookie season? We count starts for QBs unless we have a pathetic loser agenda. As a full time starter (2021-forward) Hurts has a 65.5% completionsHe averages 258.6 total yards per game from 2021-present. 257.8 from 2022-present (256.5 for Stafford 2022-present)He has 137 TDs in 62 games (2.21 per game) Stafford has 95 TDs in 55 games. (1.73 per game)Through age 27 Joe Montana averaged 174.6 yards per game if you are spewing anti-Montana hate propaganda. Its 253.9 if you only count when he took over as a full time starter.Steve Young is at 144.7Mac Jones 213.2 (because he started full time as a rookie)Your 💩methodology has shown that Mac Jones was better than Montana and Young.2022-25 Hurts stands up against the all-time greats47-15 record2 SBs, 1 Lombardi, and a SB MVP19 TDs in 8 playoff games (2.38 per game) Stafford has 2.43 as a Ram and 1.67 as a Lion for 2.1 overall- Hurts is 20 in 9 for 2.22 per game including 202130+ TDs every year for 4 straight years (Stafford has never had 2 years in a row and Mahomes never 4)97.9 passer rating (Stafford is 97.5 over the same period and he is a zero in the run game) Allen is also 97.9Hurts just got ahead of Allen again for career passer rating but it might be back and forth for years between 2 greats. He becomes a football legend when you look at his Super Bowls.Stafford is a first ballot HoF QB.Hurts is better than Stafford.McKee averages 71.2 yards per game. What a loser without context and integrity in research!

December 22, 2025Dec 22 Think the most successful formula will be the spread offense and staying unpredictable. This offensive line plus tight ends/set of wide receivers are just not great at run blocking. It's become a finesse group. Sure they will still take what the defense gives them like VS. Commanders. But you get to use all of these passing weapons and you keep them happy. Hurts is essentially your point guard and spreads it out to all his guys and does his thing. Seems to be most comfortable running this style. Gives him running lanes as well. Also, bringing in the no huddle with that just adds more pressure on the opposing defense. Nick Sirianni playing 4D Chess and saving the best for last here. Been joking about that. But not really.

And he just may be done now with 2 consecutive bad seasons. Never been a great kicker from 50+. Have 4 negative years in career from that range. I'm concerned if he can kick 40+. There are guys kicking 60+ with ease. We are very limited at kicker, if we keep him. What options are there? Here's a recent list I found of kickers on practice squads or free agents with any stats.Practice SquadsJoshua Karty (79%)Cade York (73%)Ben Sauls (no kicks)Lenny Krieg (no kicks)FAs (Career stats)Matthew Wright (88%)Austin Seibert (84%)Dustin Hopkins (84%)Matt Gay (84%)Of course you have Koo and Tucker as well, which have different issues altogether. Very good career stats but are older as well. May look for more permanent answer with the first ones mentioned. McVay signed another kicker while Karty is still trying to figure things out. At minimum, I am signing one on the PS to cover my bases and Elliott is now week to week with me. Needs to perform well immediately. Would deactivate if sucks it up in Buffalo.
