Probably going to sign him to the practice squad and then elevate him for the game…and perhaps do the same during the playoffs. That way they can clear a roster spot for Cameron Williams so that he can play against Washington.

And if Hughlett were claimed on waivers, you sign Adomitis again.

Seems like a lot of effort for Cameron Williams if you believe Hughlett is at all better than Adomitis. I mean he probably won’t get claimed but seems like an unnecessary risk

X is a rancid garbage platform but here he is on YouTube if you want to follow him.

That was a great breakdown.

If I am a HoF voter, I make Rodgers wait for year 2.

The commentary about it makes me chuckle

Coverage schemes aside, the best part for me is he was livid about throwing to Scotty Miller instead of an easy completion to Thielen, then immediately livid about throwing to Thielen instead of an open Scotty Miller.

I’m not sure Gainwell could have scored on the last throw, but he really does not like Rodgers throwing those fades over and over and over again lol

Hughlett waived = Slay return imminent

Tbh if Cameron Williams is activated and plays week 18, it sounds promising for him. Means he’s come long enough way that they want him to be active, go out there and play a game. Seeing him in action might be beneficial to what they believe he can be next year for them. I get it’s a meaningless game if starters sit and he plays, but they could’ve just done the same thing they did with Hinton and Lampkin. I’m guessing after this week, he’d likely wind up with an "injury” and be out on IR and sign hughlett again

Jadon isnt even a little wrong.

Cam has been one of the worst starting centers in the league this year, that he made the pro bowl just shows how unserious the pro bowl is.

Offense:

Hurts: 33 TDs to 10 turnovers on this dogs breakfast of an offense is very good.

Its more like 40 to 9 if AJ gives better effort and the other players have less TD killing penalties.

No lineman deserves it. AJ has been trash mentally and DeVonta had a few too many drops. (yes Hurts missed him for 80+)

Saquon has been as good as he can be behind a trash line.

Josh Allen would be respected for putting up Hurts' numbers with all these problems at OC and injuries and everything else.

Stafford was worshiped last year at 20 TDs and 12 turnovers. What a leader! What precision! That guy really runs an offense!

Darnold is in the pro bowl games with 25 TDs and 20 turnovers.

Defense:

Q and Cooper tied. The secondary was a mess around them but they are just so incredible.

Q has been absolutely abused by refs this year both with bad calls and bad non-calls on push offs.

DeJean punishing runners and screens is just wonderful.

Honorable mention to Jordan Davis who remade himself this offseason and has been needed with Carter's injuries and ejection.

Special Teams:

Jalen Cater's paws (honorable mention to Jordan Davis' paws)

Shout out to Tank who runs hard when he gets a few carries every week and Fred too (Pryor was so awful)

Do you have a mental illness?

I say this only half joking, but imagine Nolan Smith on this play.

They're going to rest starters to get them an additional bye week, not because they don't want the #2 seed or they're scared Washington will play dirty and hurt their players (I literally laughed when I read people posting that last night) -- they will look at the opponent and realize the Commanders are 1-10 in their last 11 games. They will have McKee start against a pretty bad Commanders defense and see if they can put up enough points to win. 20 points might well be enough.

They can beat the commies with the backups

I doubt it’s Williams tbh

And Dean. You can't lose Dean. I don't care that they have Baun, and I certainly don't care they have Campbell. Dean and Campbell couldn't be more different players.

I'm standing by that the best move for the team overall, even though I hate it, is to move Jalen Carter in a blockbuster trade while keeping Jordan Davis and Moro Ojomo.

The Eagles either sign Jordan Davis or they accept the fact that they only get a 3rd round comp pick for him. Those are the only 2 outcomes. They have no more control over him.

With Jalen Carter however, they control whatever they want with him. They don't have to accept just a comp pick. They can bring in a haul for him.

Quinnen Williams brought back a 1st, 2nd and a starting DT.

Micah Parsons brought back 2 1st round picks and a starting DT.

And that's with Jerry Jones at the wheel. Imagine what Howie could do with a trade.

To keep this team together for the long term, trading Jalen Carter is the best thing for them to do. It keeps more money in the Eagles pocket to use across the defense. Mitchell and DeJean are not going to be cheap and you can't lose them both.

If Carter can bring back 2 1sts and another starter, imagine what those picks could do. You could rebuild the OL much quicker. You could build a deep, young WR room.

Watching Carter wreck opposing teams is a treat. He changed the game yesterday. Jordan Davis has done the same. Give me Davis, cap room and high draft picks over Jalen Carter's massive contract.

I think Jordan Davis's performance has been a bit overstated. Hes come from bust, and do we even exercise his option? To borderline pro-bowl. But hes still not a big pass rusher. And while he has controlled stretches of games at times this year, he does not dominate on the level of a healthy Jalen Carter.

Im not for trading Carter, but if the team were to do it, Id assume its because they dont like the prognosis on his shoulders and are cutting bait before they are stick with a bad contract.

Falcons are gonna win this game.

Seems like a horrible idea since Elliot cant make a kick with Cal snapping the ball.

I gotta be honest, all the little wannabe Greg Cosell’s sitting at home on their laptops posting film videos is starting to get insufferable. Will some of them on occasion provide good insight? Sure. But the reality is in many instances they don’t know what the play call was, what was asked of the players, what coaches did or didn’t ansk of the players and whatnot.

You, and a lot of people didn't read the original post. Try seeing specifically what I said about this board in that original post. The people I replied to were the ones that felt singled out and offended anyway. Can't jump in midway through without context.

The entire reason I'm here is that it's less insufferable than Reddit. But I've been here for a very long time, and let me tell you it was way less insufferable before we started winning. Or in reality, before 2023. Fanbase has been a shitshow ever since.

I think you may have it backwards. Its a matter of perspective and your focus is on the complainers rather than the reaction to them. Examine it from the opporite perspective. Through all the years of sucking, eagles fans were complaining, and grumpy. But everyone agreed. The team had problems, and everyone could see it.

Winning masks problems. Now, we complain and half of the fan base gets mad and says there are no issues because we are winning. So, people fight. And its an endless cycle because the team continues to manage to win while the problems still exist so no one is ever really proven right. Its just, you know, or you dont know. But there is no winning the argument.

We used to be in agreement in misery. Now, we disagree on the magnitude of problems because some people are more results based while others still care more about process as well.

Winning hasnt made us more spoiled. Its made half of us more accepting of problems. The other half sound spoiled but there just pointing out issues, as we all always used to.

My Frankenstein experiment was to have Sydney Brown gain 15-20 pounds and play him in that role.

They really should have never hired him in the first place. Why are you building around a coach in his mid 70’s?

If Rams lose Eagles chances of playing them in two weeks skyrockets

The Rams have the Falcon's first round pick. Poetic irony.
