Where he was picked that probably around the expected outcomeI’d argue giving up a 3rd to move up to get him they likely thought he was going to be better than what he’s become at corner. Imo also didn’t let slay (was leaving anyway), Rodgers go and sign adoree cause they thought adoree would be better than those two and beat out ringo. They thought ringo would make the jump to be a starter. Now if we’re gonna say as a fourth round pick, this is probably what you expect. That is a different story. But what the eagle expected by giving up what they did at the time they drafted him and then later the moves they made this off-season. Tells me they thought he would be much better of a player at corner than what he’s become.

Then have to do it again and again and again.I am not sure what you were watching but the key mistakes made by McKee were huge mental mistakes. Coaches forgive physical mistakes all the time. A receiver choosing wrong on an option route…ok…just don’t make it a habit. A mistake on a hustle play…ok. McKee’s lapses of judgement in key moments are a huge flaming red flag and completely inexcusable. The first was one of the opening drives in the third quarter. Down 3 they needed a sustained drive and had a great first down gain. Facing a short conversion McKee chose to give up a sure first down for a contested pass…incompletion leads to 3 and out. And…with game on the line multiple passes downfield to receivers completely out of bounds…that was not the yips. QB are hard wired to focus on making sure receivers have a chance for the ball. Again..a high throw, a throw behind the receiver, a late throw are physical mistakes. What I witnessed on several occasions reflect really badly on his mental preparation.

They might have a decent chance of winning a few playoff games that way - knowing that our defense will come in and dominate. Not unless they bench jurgens

I was one of few who absolutely wanted to play the starters. So I'm on the same page there. Giving up the 2 seed like that is crazy to me. Think of all the little things that Howie and the Eagles do to put us in position to succeed in January. But now when it comes to potentially playing a home vs away divisional round game, we're just giving it away for a little rest? Crazy. But there are a bunch of people in here and on twitter who are freaking out now that the Bears lost. They scoffed at the idea of playing the starters a day ago.

And signing adore Jackson shouldn’t have been the competition. The were expecting him to dog walk adoree and then Jackson would be a back up. Imo it was always a fake competition for ringo to win. So he had to be really and to lose it.Credit to adoree he’s been better as the season has gone along. However i think the Phillips addition made the pass rush so much better that you can hide him more. The only thing with the defense I’m worried about is if they run into a team with a good offensive line that can slow down their pass rush that allows them to attack Jackson more. (Not entirely true I’m worried the offense being putrid will run them into the ground too)
January 5Jan 5 Rodgers almost had his famous free play lol it's amazing he's still able to get it now

That could give us a slight edge.Shanny’s weakness is he’s too smart for his own good. He’s schizo with his play calling, it’s all over. When it works it works…but he’s like the anti bizarro patullo. Instead of a tiny playbook with bad sequencing and design, he’s got 36 binders with bad sequencing.
