getting ahead of myself here, but what scenarios need to happen for NFCCG to be in Philly. We know the Packers and Eagles have to win, then the Eagles have to beat the Packers. What about the others?

The Eagles can only play the Packers in the NFCCG. Beat SF. Then beat either Chicago, Carolina, or LA.

I'm sure it's been asked by reporters but did they ever answer why they're so obsessed with hitch routes this season?

Appears that the passing offense is overwhelmingly vertical, hitches compliment go/post/flag routes - and we don’t run crossers even though they have utility vs both man and zone. Dunno.

When does this end?

Hurts accuracy went down this year. His ontarget throws were lower than 2022 and 2023

Also had fewer drops than 2022 and 2023.

Looking at https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/H/HurtJa00.htm

Remember the last time Eagles played the Whiners in the Wildcard.

That sloppy game in a Pineapple Express typhoon was a bummer as a kid.

I'm feeling good about this one. Think the D brings the MFin pain to Purdy. And they stifle McCaffrey enough to neutralize his game.

If Hurts and Co. can put up 24 points or more, I like their chances to advance.

Williams footwork needs refinement but man, he has a violent punch.

#24 was killing him with the outside speed rush late in the game, but will be eager to see where he is at by camp next season

Packers don’t need to win. All you need is the Eagles to win (obviously) and Seattle and Chicago to lose before the NFCCG

They will never answer it. But likely because it’s safe and easy and falls in line with their paranoia of turning the ball over

Maybe they really like the movie hitch

One and done incoming.

Not sure how much I buy that. He was LP every day, unless it happened on Friday which would probably be a walk through. Shanahan also said he could have played if the game was on Sunday.

Further pontification perhaps.

Into an iceberg.

Tank is RB2. Use him.

Thank you to the Arizona Cardinals. Though you messed up our 2023 season with terrible DCs, we probably don't win the SB at all without Fangio and Gannon would not have left if not for Cardinals.

shanahan said it in his presser today that he re-aggrevated it and will be evaluated over the week

Thanks, I missed that. His answer sounds really weird

"He re-aggravated it, which, whether that looks like a setback or—I mean, I guess it's not a setback," Shanahan said. "It's just he re-aggravated it, which is usually what happens with PCLs."

So.....anyone still want to blame Hurts and not the morons running the offense after watching that dogshite yesterday?
