Pre-chose an unqualified buffoon for OC, let jurgens and Dickerson play hurt all year long, changed nothing on offense all year long despite blowing giant donkey D the entire time against anyone who wasnt the raiders. The list goes on and on, and lurie let it happen for an entire season. He should be embarrassed at the offense this team has. If by some miracle they ein the super bowl this year I don't want a single offensive player getting praised, MAYBE smitty. The defense has carried this limp D offense the entire year

I'm not blaming him for anything. I just want more of an impact from a player of his pedigree.
