it was. His hand was basically right next to the ball. It was clear as day. And when the defense is in the neutral zone, the offense is allowed to react to it... and its on the defense. So, the NFL screwed us on the Tush Push, just like we knew they'd try to do.

Meanwhile, Steen can't do what he did either. He has to be smarter and know that the NFL won't help us by officiating it straight up.

What will the NFL response be to the refs getting that call completely wrong in a big spot? Cry and play victim that it is too hard for refs to do their job on a play where they know exactly what is going to happen.
