The logic is simple. Get rid of the media.

You think the social media that Brown uses directly will just disappear if the traditional media goes away?

I strongly suspect that the team thinks about AJ Brown's tweets a hell of a lot less than people in the blog do.

What would give you that idea? The fact that players and former players continue to say it’s not a big deal?

I just know things.

Also, Jordan Mailata's interview when he spoke on not making the pro bowl last year.

Also, that they have lives and probably do other things while we are sitting at our keyboards or on our phones at this hour, on a weekend posting about AJ Brown. Somehow I doubt the players are doing anything like this.

And no WR ever said they came here to play with Hurts. It doesnt happen.

Think about that. Players around the league just actively avoid coming to the Eagles to play with Hurts. Yet still Jalen goes onto win as much as he does and go to as many Super Bowls as he does and outplay all time great QBs in those games as he does and just keeps on keeping on. Wild how good Jalen is.

Sorry guys I know the offense has not been performing up to "the standard" but...FB_IMG_1763783812958.jpg

Look how miserable he was.

Aiyuk 100% stinks, but AJ is not 100% going to be here next year. Yes the scheme is awful, but it looks like he is half assing routes on a regular basis and when he isn't, he's getting zero separation. Add on all this media nonsense and I wouldn't be surprised if they ate the cap hit in a trade and drafted a receiver.

AJ BROWN COMMITTED TO PLAYING WITH JALEN HURTS ON APRIL 25th 2024

No one hung him out a window by his legs. No one threatened his family.

He played 36 games with Hurts and then decided to take the Eagles money.

"No one wants to play with Hurts" or "WRs don't want to play with Hurts" is an epic cold take.

2025 AJ does not count. He is mentally Ill. Did the QB matter when crazy Antonio Brown wanted to leave?

He took his uniform off during the game with Brady as his QB.

AJ is also diva insane right now. We can argue the levels of insanity but that dude is cracked.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Hurts had input on AJ winding up in Philly.

AJ was THRILLED to come play with him. He was absolutely delighted.

They texted each other when it happened.

If you think Hurts being runner up to regular season MVP in 2022 and having his crazy SB in 2022 had nothing to do with Saquon choosing Philly...

You think a guy who was stuck with Daniel Jones is not going to look long and hard at the QB on his new team before he makes his choice?

Even Saquon's daughter knew he was joining Hurts to win. She was somewhere around 6 years old.

The reason for all the Hurts hate is really simple.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunning%E2%80%93Kruger_effect

They decide that they are better at football than Howie and that everything positive that Hurts does is not real because they know so much about the QB position.

No one can tell them they are wrong.

Top 10 and top 20 all-time stats and win% have no effect on them.

A Super Bowl with an MVP had no effect on them.

The weekly QB play of every previous Eagles QB and every QB to ever play has no effect on them.

So sure in their delusional pocket dimension there may exist a version of Jalen Hurts that no one wants to play with.

In this reality Saquon and AJ wanted to play with him and DeVonta is a lifelong friend.

Goedert toook a paycut to stay with him.

Now since trading for AJ, Howie has put about the same importance on signing and drafting WRs that Reid put on linebackers.

A person capable of looking at the situation objectively would see that the pool of excellent WRs for WR3, 4, and 5 as free agents who were wanted by Philly is about zero.

Or you could make up a conspiracy theory that WRs don't want to play with Hurts.

DeVonta had 833 and 8 last year in a run heavy offense in 13 games. That's 1089 and 10.5 per 17 on a team that ran for 3048 yards.

AJ had 1079 and 7 last year in 13 games. That's 1411 and 9.2 over 17 on a team that ran for 3048 yards.

DeVonta has averaged a 1000+ yard pace in per game yards every year since 2022.

AJ every year as well besides this year and that is only on him being a sad loser who quit on 61 yards and a TD.

The problems with the offense are Patullo, Patullo, Patullo, Patullo, Patullo, Patullo, Patullo, Patullo, Patullo, Siri, O-line injuries, and AJ.

Like the other 15 or so guys in the rotation Hurts has not been perfect. He;s also had some incredible moments and carried the team to some extra wins.

He also gives them an excellent chance to win every week by not turning the ball over.

The issue is that an insane person (AJ) hints that Hurts might be the problem.

All other evidence proves that Hurts is not only not a problem but is playing like a Hall of Fame QB into his year 6 season.

If you suffer from DK Effect then you ignore all the evidence and just take what AJ says and maybe D-Gunn and run with that because it fits you being the expert who is smarter than us.

You can hear some 4th hand rumor that Hurts likes the offense his way and you are 100% certain that the hitches and no crossers is all his idea.

It would be funny if it was not so sad.

Note: You is plural in this post. Its a broken kind of fan who just can't have nice things. Its not any specific individual.

Get rid of social media too. Of course the EMB is social media, so it would need to go as well.

What’s the path to 25 points ? These mfs gettin a safety ? Aubrey Fin things up ?! Lol

Your 13 plus four field goals.

I can say with confidence that Hurts would win more than QB X on most teams because he wins at a rate that only the greats did.

If you think a 116-115-1 QB will be better then Hurts...

These are cumulative and he just turned 27 in training camp.

He's going to pass Cunningham and McNabb in his 20s.

An approximate value around 20 is league MVP level. Hurts has a 20, 18, 17, and 16 in 4 of his 5 years as a starter.

Stafford hit 16 once in 2011 and 15 twice, out of 16 years as a starter.

@Cliftoma  I survived a buffet of Rodney Peete, Bobby Hoying, and various Detmers.

AJ is 12th all time in receiving yards per game at 75.6

That's 69.7 in Tennessee and 80.1 in Philly.

Jerry Rice on the 49ers was 80.9

WRs all time who had more than 80 yards a game.

  • Justin Jefferson 94

  • Puka 89.9

  • Chase 87.3

  • Megatron 86.1

  • Antonio Brown 84.2

  • Julio Jones 82.5

When TO did it, there was no good reason for it. What AJ is saying is for the betterment of the team.

If he airs the problems internally as often as necessary and perhaps once externally in a careful way then yes. By saying things over and over externally he hurts the team no matter his motivation.

Yep, what a terrible former first round pick who had back to back 1,000+ yard seasons in 2022 and 2023. He totally "stinks."
