He ran the 3rd best professional basketball team in Texas.

Not only is he not on Howie Roseman's level, he's not even on the level of about 150 GMs over the last 100 years.

QB is the most valuable position in the league. I personally wouldn't give him up for a 2nd vs keeping him as one of the best backups in the league next year then letting him walk and getting a comp pick back when he signs some place. The insurance behind Hurts plus a pick in two years would be worth it IMO. Howell is fine, but I trust McKee a lot more. One can possibly still win you a SB and the other is a JAG.

Been saying he is a fraud for years.

However, there is a chance this year's roster surprises us, and maybe Daryl knew all along.

The biggest thing standing in the way this year is Nurse being able to recognize Embiid is washed and shouldn't be on the court in the 2nd half of games, if at all.

And, well, we can still blame Daryl for handing him a massive extension last summer when they knew the severity of his injury.

I just think McKee is too unknown. He plays well in the preseason but we only saw him in the regular season at limited times besides starting meaningless games. AJ Feeley showed a lot more he could play than McKee ever has and trading him for a 2nd was considered a steal. I think the same would be said for McKee.

With the NFCE all but won, if the Eagles win both of the next two games, I would not be at all surprised to see McKee start against the Cowboys and Raiders.
