The top 4 OC jobs were LAC, TB, Philly and Detroit. One down. Baltimore & Buffalo are pure-wild cards because without a HC, you don't know if you're a play-caller.

I'll feel good about McDaniel if Bucs hire someone else. Great if Bills hire an offensive head coach not named McDaniel.

Would be an enormous mistake. It's best year was because of an all-time run game that can never be replicated on a yearly basis. 2/5 years have been very good (with great OCs), the other 3 mediocre to awful (with 2 awful OCs and the first year hiccups). Just let someone bring their own system

Not at all impressed with this OC search so far. Yeah it's early, but there are a lot of names so far that are meh at best.

Seems like with all the turnover at the HC ranks it’s going to take some time this year for a lot of teams to find "their guy”. I wouldn’t stress over it.

Not only that, the trickle down effect is a positive for the Eagles, not a negative as I expected. I"m kind of shocked they went with him.

Well that goes without saying from a results perspective. I was just doing some reading, Johnson seemed to have much longer tenure and a record setting defense for a long time.

He doesn’t know anything. He’s another internet dude. Kingsbury hasn’t been linked to much. Daboll probably wasn’t getting a HC job before Buffalo opened and I haven’t even seen McDaniel listed as a front runner anywhere. That’s not to say the Eagles will get any of them but this is the panic that always happens
