5 hours ago5 hr As long as the players on defense continue to buy in 100% into what he is doing and play as well as they are defensively I think Fangio will stick around. Once that starts to fall apart with new faces, growing egos and potential drop offs at certain areas then he will be ready to be done with it.

Full control of the offense (defensive HC, no super notable coordinators ala Stoutland). It's a pretty ideal gig.
