Packers met with Harkey. Seems reasonable to pay attention to offensive guys the packers are looking at too if we will be running a version of that offense.

I watched that PSU game and really liked Harkey’s play strength, meanwhile Denis-Sutton was pushing Worilds around. I thought he had the mobility for IZ and was better than expected hitting targets at the 2nd level.

I don’t usually get personal on here, but your post hit me. I’ve been where you are. I’ve had a couple suicide attempts in my past and spent time in inpatient treatment afterward. I’m still in therap

Have you watched those PSU vids for Nick Dawkins? I watched Kaytron Allen and Nick Singleton vids, and Allar vids to see him in the run game and pass game. Looks pretty nice.

Shawn Andrews? no....

Not even close.

Bama vs Mizzou, #74 is Proctor… tell me what you think. Very easy watch, as it’s clipped for the offensive snaps.

Run blocking? Nothing notable. Pass pro? Sluggish against an outside move. Movement in space? Nonexistent. First round? Good lord, no!

How would you rank these guys as guard prospects — Ioane, Proctor, Fano, Bisontis, Pregnon, Rutledge, and Dunker?

Proctor I’m thinking isn’t cut out for OT but would make a spectacular guard, just maybe not in our new system. Fano has the movement skills we probably want. Can he bulk up a bit and keep his athleticism? Could be interesting if he doesn’t cut it at tackle.

Pregnon.

Period.

Eagles-centric, agreed. But I do love Dunker and Rutledge.

Another guard for us may be Trey Zuhn

In addition to Harkey, who I just posted about from Oregon.

Pretty much - the vibe I’m getting is that folks understand he moves well for a guy who’s 350lbs, but then the analysis stops there.

No, haven’t gotten to Chocolate Thunder Jr. - I mean this draft seems to have guards in each round that are interesting, I’m still figuring out scheme fit and aligning it to this class but the messaging has been mixed.

Says the Eagles have interest in Hurst on day 2.

Good.

I've come around on Concepcion. He and Lemon are exciting playmakers.

I just really prefer drafting a more prototypical potential X early. There are far fewer of them than any other type of WR in every draft.

Iheanchor is not worth the 23rd pick in the draft. Derrick Moore of Michigan killed him in Senior Bowl practices. Moore is the DE I want in the second round. Don't know if he will be there. I will be an outlier here but I want Proctor with the 23rd pick if he is there which is debatable. He won't even be 21 for two months. There is a lot to work with.

Chris Bell is still my main and only round 1 WR target in this draft. I know he's coming off injury. I also like Germie Bernard and Chris Brazzell Jr. as round 2 targets.

Isn't Pauline the guy who has nailed some Eagles picks in recent years, specifically Cam Jurgens weeks before the draft.

Yep.

What’s the odds Cameron Williams, the OT we drafted from Texas, is factored into the plans and is liked moving forward more than we all think? I thought he played well given the limited playing time we saw him in but would like to know the opinion from those who have better oline knowledge.

Not good. He's a major project. I think if he becomes a really good backup they would be happy.

The more I think about it I lean more against the Eagles going OT round 1. They very well may end up going there, but I'm sorry, I just can't get on board going with a position where the OT1 in this class would've been OT4 or 5 in the past few drafts. And at 23 the Eagles would be taking OT3 or 4 in this class, which is like OT7 in recent drafts. Of course none of that guarantees these guys will or won't work out, but I just don't think this draft class aligns with their needs and I really don't want them to force it.

It looked like the DE Kitchen had him on his heels with a bull rush a bunch.

This FO’s addiction to mid tier contracts while alienating their top market stars is a give that keeps on giving

Pretty sure the dude he crushed was the big OT from Miami not Iheanchor. Here he is going up against Iheanchor

I like Derrick Moore a lot, he's a got some polish to go along with a nice bull rush. Icheanachor (sp?) isn't easy to run through, but watching the TCU game posted previously you can see he doesn't really have much awareness for line games or how to properly switch. He's giving up clean runs at QB, which is pretty dangerous.
