Not blaming the defense but too bad they couldn't hold the 49ers to 6 points like Seattle has.

Think its pretty clear Seattle's defense is better than the Eagles. Might be by a bigger margin than some think.

I was talking about the nfl in general and not the eagles. I just don’t think there is a great team this year. The Seahawks might be the closest and I don’t think there’s some unbeatable team. They look like that tonight. But I also saw them give up 38 to Tampa Bay and win a game because of some fluke two point conversion against the Rams.

Seattle's offense isnt throwing them back oht there every other minute, and they've capitalized on turnovers the d created. Complementary football is what we're seeing here, and what we didn’t see last week.

Yup, goedert used to block, I dont know if years of football and injuries he just said F it but he was bad this year blocking, and Patullo because you know hes an idiot kept going 12 personnel with Calcaterra who was one of if not the worst blocking TE in the league

Eagles want to be a running team they might want to get some blocking TEs.

Hell, I would have settled for 6 fourth-quarter points. But we weren’t good enough to win the Super Bowl, so losing early to get a jump on OC is fine.

Seattle D has the opportunity to stay fresher from series to series. The Eagles going 3 and out and going like a quarter and sometimes even 2 and getting one first down is a problem. At some point in time you’re running your defense into the ground. I’d add Seattle having a bye week and kittle out the entire game helps. Also 3rd time facing niners and familiar foe helps with game planning. I think Seattle’s defense is better and held SF to 17, 13 and 6 points this year. Not coincidence they’ve gotten better each time facing SF

Eagles and the entire organization should be nicely motivated by this Seahawks performance. And not even think about resting on their laurels this offseason. Howie has got to attack this much better this year and realize you may fall behind here with the top teams if not careful and all of the sudden the chamionship window is shut. Can't afford 2 misses in a row with offseasons.
