Allen only had 4 picks and 2 lost fumbles in 14 playoff games before today.

He did have 12 fumbles and only lost 2 but I'm not going to pretend to know anything about how much was luck.

Man, the Bills reddit is rough tonight, I remember that feeling of hopelessness, feeling cursed that we will never win a Superbowl.

The two biggest problems that Buffalo has is that Sean McDermott is not the guy that’s going to get them over the top. This feels very much like Tony Dungy with the buccaneers. Where he got him to a certain point, and he just couldn’t get them over the hump.

Secondly their defense is not good. I thought they were very fortunate to beat the Jaguars with that defense. Jaguars could’ve ran all Over that defense with how tuten and ETN looked. The fact they only got 14 carries and coen had that game plan was ridiculous. That said in the last six losses that Buffalo has had in the playoffs they’re giving up 33 points. Furthermore they haven’t held a team below 27 points in any of their playoff losses since 2020. just for comparison the last 6 eagles playoff losses, opponent has only scored 27+ 3 out of 6

The Eagles will take a player at basically any position if they are good enough with a high enough potential.

The problem with Sadiq is that he isn’t anywhere close to a perfect prospect for the Eagles to go out on a limb. If he were 6’6” 265 pounds they’d probably consider it, but Sadiq is 6’3” 245 soaking wet. So he’s undersized and then has route running questions on top of it?

I think they’ll be happy waiting until the 2nd or 3rd round.

If Bain falls because of lack of armlength and agility testing, that’s fine by me - he’s a real bully and hand/glove replacement for BG. Do we need a BG in this scheme? I think so, as we brought in ZS last season. Is Mesidor (sp?) better, perhaps, he’s also turning 25.

Not sure Hurts has had a 38 pass game that didn’t go badly for him with that many yards ever since. That was 3 years ago.
