I'd rather have new teams winning then seeing the same 3-4 teams win the title every year. People just have to live with it.Same here. The portal has helped a lot of teams including IU but they definitely didn’t get benefit of multiple top 5 position players across the board like the "Blue blood” programs, very well coached.I do like the portal for the reason of good athletes getting playing time elsewhere, but not for buying championships.I’m a Longhorn fan and that is exactly what they’re attempting to do this coming year, buy a championship.😂 it’ll probably fail. It’s just not good for college sports.

The sport is getting completely ruined by turning into a for hire business at the college level….
January 20Jan 20 Well we’re down to 3 games remaining in the season, and a whole lot more officiating shenanigans.

Myself I really don't care. I just want to see the best play the best and watch good football games. Its why I don't like when top programs schedule and play lower teams like East Tennessee Tech or Southern Texas State. I know they get a paycheck to get beat 56-3 but I still think its stupid.

So maybe that’s the trickle down effect?Maybe QB play isnt what it used to be. Tom Brady has even said this recently. QBs today rely more on athleticism then what they used to when they'd go thru progressions and do more at the line of scrimmage. Thats not to say QBs today dont go thru progressions but maybe its not as common as it used to be when Brady, Manning and others played.

NIL needs to be looked at for tighter governance, it can’t just be whoever has the bigger bag wins. I don’t have the answers but there has to be some give and take to keep college sports what they’re meant to be to the institutions.I don’t want college football to turn into what the NFL is now. Free agency came along and now you follow players as much as your favorite team because they’re always changing teams. Allow one, maybe two max transfer years, but college players playing for four or five different teams because of transferring willingly is crazy.

That’s the result of spread offenses

January 20Jan 20 Can’t wait til the Eagles get option Q for their OC since it’s clear none of the better options want anything to do with Philly. It’ll end up being another unproven guy who has never called plays before and be a disaster again next year. At least Nick will be fired then but already obvious 2026 will be a waste. Eagles will be the 4th place team in the NFC East

Back to back to back now. If it was their beloved SEC, they’d be talking about how much better their conference is than everyone else and blah blah blah.

January 20Jan 20 The Niners might’ve well cured racism with all those extra 3rd round picks they’ve earned over the years
January 20Jan 20 I knew the Nagy stuff had to be agent nonsense. Chiefs are not renewing Nagy’s contract. They don’t want him. Hope he doesn’t emerge on eagles radar. Not a fan
