Kingsbury has only had HC interviews with the Ravens and Titans. Titans filled that role with Saleh, and who knows who the Ravens end up with but it won't be Kingsbury. Wonder why there's such little interest around the league.

Stoutland has been OL coach with Saban, Kelly, Peterson, and Sirianni and a bunch of OCs. He can fit with anybody.

It's a natural question to ask. His age and injuries of late, he talked last season about possibly retiring, possibly playing another year, ended the year injured, what is his future is a natural question we've all been asking.

He doesn't have the best reputation on an interpersonal level.

Berman has said he thinks he returns but isn’t sure.

I don’t disagree with you. I think if I was Kliff Kingsbury, I’d be a happy to have him. He is one of the best if not the best in the league. But apparently that was a hangup for Kingsbury when they tried to discuss it and hire him last time.

It is, it could easily just be that. I just get the feeling they are fishing for something which makes me question why.

If it’s Cooter, just trade a bunch of guys and load up for the post Sirianni era in 2027

If Cooter is the best you can do just give it back to Patullo

I’ve seen that mentioned here but nowhere else. My feeling is, if you’re looking to put together an offensive staff, Stoutland would be an early target…for anyone.

It was reported I believe by Zach Berman on the Philly special podcast based on what he had heard about Kingsbury and when they interviewed him last time.

Again what I don’t disagree with you, but i could see kingsbury wanting who he wants even if stoutland would benefit him more

The writing has been on the wall for AJ Brown to be out of here for a long time. There are irreconcilable differences, so the dead cap space is immaterial. He has to go. And he wants out. Wants his next big payday. And Howie and Brown's agent will figure this out. See Patriots and Bills as his top destinations. He's out of here like Vladimir.

It's clear the top tier candidates like McDaniel, Daboll, and Kingsbury aren't interested in the position. The autonomy issue is real. If Siri was offering true control, they would be lining up. I believe Sirianni's seat is at least warm and the FO is making it clear he is the decision maker in this OC selection.

Uhhh yea, it matters. Especially when you are in that portion of the season to figure things out and plan around things like that called the offseason.

I really don't think the writing on the wall could be any more clear that Howie/Lurie are completely turning this over to the new OC. I just don't understand how anyone can interpret this as anything other than these guys not liking the QB situation.

What is it that people think Stoutland would have an issue with or vice versa? I don’t understand where the narrative came from that somehow Stoutland can’t work with certain people? Is it scheme? Because that seems like something could adjust to pretty easily.

Reading the tea leaves it feels like the Raiders want Kubiak so that means Seattle would have an OC opening. Eagles better pick their OC soon or they'll have to be competing with an attractive job.
