I don’t usually get personal on here, but your post hit me. I’ve been where you are. I’ve had a couple suicide attempts in my past and spent time in inpatient treatment afterward. I’m still in therap

Is "fat” an accepted minority hire condition? How many comp picks are we talking here

Sadly no, but maybe if they hire someone who's fit they could!

Good lord, look at these numbers.

Based on recent data, people with a higher body mass index (BMI) or obesity are no longer a statistical minority in the United States, as the majority of the adult population is considered overweight or obese.

Here are the key statistics regarding weight in the United States:

  • Majority Overweight/Obese: Approximately 74% of U.S. adults are considered either overweight or obese.

  • Obesity Rates: More than 42% of U.S. adults are classified as having obesity.

  • Future Trends: Studies suggest that with updated definitions of obesity (including waist measurements), nearly 70% of U.S. adults could be classified as having obesity.

At the end of the day, I want an OC with experience. As we saw with Patullo, being an OC is more than calling plays. (Patullo had his moments but wasn't very good at that either). It is about having a philosophy that maximizes talent, putting together a coaching staff, making a game plan that meshes the run/pass game, getting everybody on the same page with good communication skills, in game adjustments etc.

While some of these guys may have done it a certain extent, I prefer someone with more experience over some play design guru. Yeah, I want creativity but competency to manage all aspects of the position are more important. As we saw with Patullo, when the players dont have confidence in what they being taught and the playcaller, it can fall apart quick.

Having said that, you are probably looking at guys like Monken, Brady, Nagy. Kafka and Slowik have done it so at least they have some experience.

I was literally coming here to post something very similar.

Me too…

So Saleh as titans Head coach , if the bills don’t want Daboll that could be good(for those of us that would want him)

Idk about Daboll. Him and Sirianni would probably have a brawl first practice of training camp. I dont see him as a personality fit with the players, coaches, FO.

Didnt really see the fit with McDaniel either. He is either strutting around in capri pants or bundled up like Randy on the Christmas story. Neither of which scream Philly.

Official already

He seems to hate Philly. Now hes saying its a great job while everyone else says it might be a horrible job. Someone just paid Greg Olsen a lot of money.

We have a great year: our staff and FO gets raided.

We have a bad year: our staff and FO gets raided.

Other teams can’t stop foaming at the mouth to hire our people, yet no one wants to come here.

Sometimes this s*** just makes no sense.

It’s America pal, fat would be the majority.

Joe Brady still available but there have been zero point zero reports of an Eagles interview.

Phew! I was starting to think this was a bad job.

Guessing Kingsbury either goes to the Ravens as OC or Raiders. Tony Pauline said the Raiders want Davis Webb. Others said Kubiak. So raiders likely going to wait out the next couple weekends to pick their guy.

Well, in our defense, he could have tried not sucking at his job.

I didn't do it, but can be a moronic fan....

Maybe. Good coaching would have us with 3-4 with this roster instead of 1. And we don’t have a 1st ballot HOF qb

3-4 what? Super Bowl wins? With Sirianni's group? First of all, the coaching in 2022 was very good no matter how you look at it. Just because it didn't work out in the SB doesn't mean that the defense wasn't pretty good all year, he got a HC job for it.

So you mean to tell me you see 3-4 SB wins from the REST of the rosters?

2021 is haha no chance.
2023 is 'we literally were starting Nicholas Morrow and Bradberry declined in 1 offseason'.

I don't see where exactly these 'lost SB wins' due to poor coaching are, other than 2025?

Odd we havent interviewed him - he would be my top target.

Experienced play-caller, balanced O, ran a great O at LSU with top talent, also managed to get his O to work without a great receving room

Well. We did have a very good defense but yeah it sucks. Lol.

He hadn't done any OC interviews because he's still Bills OC. That could change soon
