No. He's right. And the reason fans of other teams don't do that is because those teams luckily don't have the delusional Hurts supporters in their fan base that always say HE won the super bowl as part of their stupid arguments. He was just along for the ride on that team. Actually the team won because of their ability to shift gears and win in spite of him.

I see Jalen as an above average borderline elite NFL quarterback. I don't see him as a demigod. How about you?

Giants beat writer who's from Philly called into WIP to talk Eagles OC search and the name he was intrigued by is Bobby Slowik. He said talking to people he knows around the NFL, everyone universally considers him a truly elite passing game coordinator. He's elite at scheming people open. Thinks he could come in here and totally revamp the passing game, the only issue is given he comes from the Shanahan tree, there's questions about Hurts fitting in that kind of offense. But if you want a guy to revamp your passing game, said he's your guy.

He said covering Daboll he thinks he'd be a terrible fit with the Eagles. He said he's been told that Hurts and Daboll didn't get along at Alabama and he's always getting into conflicts with coaches.

Slowik has been growing on me in recent days if Joe Brady is out.

I agree and right now not even bordering elite he needs to show more than he did this year with consistency. But for some people to take away what he has done and make it seem like he sucks is just crazy to me but to each their own i suppose

Hopefully they're looking for the best OC regardless. If he's going to be limited by Hurts then he better at least be creative in that scope. Hurts may not even be here in 2-3 years but if he is then design plays to his strengths but also challenge him

Bingo. We literally have been through this already with Foles. Great guy, maybe one of the greatest to ever put on the uniform. And I'll forever be grateful for what he did to win that first one. But when it was obvious the magic ran out, I didn't need to delude myself into thinking he wasn't given a fair shake. That goes for Doug too.

Let's start Tanner Brady this year. Where's the talk from the geniuses on here with this guy? Was saying all along he beat the stinking Giants and it's a small sample. Played like a rookie in a big game. FACTS! He's a nice prospect, but got a long way to go. He would have been throwing picks all year and getting sacked with this offense. Glad they didn't ruin him.

I think relocation is somewhat dependent on age. When I was a 30 something, maybe early 40 something relocating was not that big a deal. All my worldly possessions would fit into a hatchback car. I didn't have kids in school which may enter into it. When I got to my late 50s the thought of relocating lost its charm. I might have considered it but it would have had to be a VERY attractive situation and yes climate and culture would enter into it.
