Jurgens not happening at Guard. He's undersized and isn't moving anyone right now. I put Jurgens extension as one of Howie's worst moves last year. Paying near Creed Humphrey dough. And I even said it then. Whats the rush after back surgery!? Team needs a big tank like Becton at RG. Steen was adequate, but should go back to swing position. That's his best role on this team.

I am gonna guess that AJ fetches a lot less than peeps think. His trade value went down this year and he's gonna want a HUGE contract extension on new team. Guaranteed! They both got to a SB

Its crazy to say Harbaugh did not win because of Lamar but then say Dak was not holding McCarthy back.

Both were obvious hires in a year with lots of openings and few good candidates.

They have Kendall, Lampkin & even Majors who was a good center prospect. I think they ride out Jurgens this year and see if any of those guys shows promise. If Jurgens disappoints in 2026 then he's gone after

Here is an analogy. 2022-24 AJ was 2006-2009 Ryan Howard. He turned into 2014-16 Ryan Howard not due to a decline in skills but because he is a PoS.

The AJ that played in 2025 was not a top 40 WR. He was elevated to 1000 yards by a very good QB giving him lots of chances.

I view it more if someone falls to them second or even the top of the third pick and he’s a center/guard and they have a high grade on and BPA then take him. Can always move jurgens back to guard if need be to get your 5 best on the field if the kid is thought to be better at center than jurgens

If we didn’t sign Jurgens I’d have say they’d have been on linderbaum this offseason. He was really good for the ravens

Mental problems!? Got a good chuckle out of that. What he really did bad, was not vouch for calls from the ref on plays where he was yanked. Astonishing! Every star WR in the league works the refs. Nope. Not AJ. Played like a zombie at times.

When Barkley says the sideline was lacking energy that should alarm peeps. These guys were going thru the motions last year. Can blame Patullo, but not for everything. They need to be held accountable this year. That should be one of the main ingredients a new OC brings. Was an undisciplined football team who had free reign with not getting checked for bad fundamentals and play. Need to bench peeps who don't deliver the effort.
