LeBeau is in for both. He was ignored as a player for decades.

If he was not a great DC he would not be in the HoF.

No, he was inducted as a player.

For all his success as a player, which earned him election to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010, Dick is better known by most fans today as the longtime coordinator of several league-leading defenses and the creator of the "zone blitz” scheme that every team now uses in some form.

Spags is never getting into the hall of fame. You're just making things up.

This is a fair assessment and reasonable take. Your other posts, not so much.

The HOF stuff is so far from my point. He's of HOF quality. The guy is a legend as Defensive Coordinator and probably the best one in our era. I don't know if he will make HOF. Unlikely, but not impossible. It's a whole body of work. I'm not on the committee. I'm saying he can be the exception. Not that he definitely will make it. You are speaking in absolutes that he's not making and it is not worthy of consideration. As far as I know there are no rules prohibiting induction of defensive coordinator. Especially if the person has also been a headcoach. Which gives him a little more prestige.

I'd take Daboll over those 3

Stidham looks like he is not ready. He can settle down but so far... yuck

Stidham raising the bar of impressiveness for a backup QB Super Bowl run.

broncos inside 10

Not sure how this is the Rams best shot, they are top 10 in cap space for the 2026 season, and have two first round draft picks

They’ll still be good and have shots as long a stafford plays and is good. But they do have some guys that they need to pay that are coming up on contracts. Verse, puka, Dotson and young all are entering last year if their deals (albeit verse can use a 5th year option)

I am hearing 2nd hand that Webb and Josh Allen are really good friends, maybe best friends.

Been reported they are and talk all the time. I think it’s likely daboll or him

You are talking about how they designated him as he was inducted into the hall. I am talking about how he got elected.

No way in hell do they just randomly put him in 38 years after he finished playing.

He was a DC who won 2 SBs and was inducted in 2010 after winning his 2nd SB in 2008.

I'm actually making fun of Hazelton for his ridiculous statement earlier that Hurts winning Super Bowl MVP lowers the bar for Super Bowl MVP QBs.

1 dude who makes anti Foles comments once in a blue moon vs the Cult of We Hate Hurts...

I will take Koy every day. Just scroll past the comment.

Lol. Are you on the committee? That may make an exception? Guy hasn't even retired yet. I need you to show me that a defensive coordinator (and former head coach) can not make the HOF and I will agree with you. He's a living legend. Period.

Good drive by Broncos. The design hasn't actually been impressive though. Especially the run game

Spags probably should be in the Hall of Fame but if he goes in then Josh McDaniels should as well for his work as OC. And he probably should.

Broncos run game wasn’t good last week either against a bad Buffalo run defense.

Dear god I can't stand Romo lol I hope paramount adds that mute announcer feature too

It happens every year actually, it's called the senior finalist category. Easily verifiable but if you still don't believe me, there's literally a list of the winners by year and the vast majority were not coaches...

Anyways, back to the point on Spags, he ain't getting in. If you're still mid-thought on this notion that "Well, if LeBeau got then so can Spags" again I'll remind you that LeBeau was inducted as a player and Spags never played a single down in the NFL. He is not getting in, guys.
