People are too high on Daboll and too low on Nagy. Perception of these coaches is often so out of whack. I don't want either as OC, but I think Nagy would work way better with our other coaches + Lowie/analytics/etc. And you would hope he's learned some things from Andy after all these years. He gets way too much ish for not doing well with Mitch Trubisky as his QB. And Daboll gets way too much credit for "developing" Josh Allen.

I’m just gonna say I think it’s pretty telling that Andy Reid didn’t attempt to bring him back. Feels very much like a soft firing by just not extending his contract then bringing back the guy he was brought into replace.

I though Sheil was spot on with his analysis of Matt Nagy

I always mute and put on a YouTuber who is calling the game.

Its usually Tom Grossi.

Brandon Perna (That's Good Sports) is a Broncos fan if you want the Broncos take but he is definitely an acquired taste.

Payton is a good offensive coach who knows how to make things easier for a QB.

Nagy burned that offense to the ground.

Mahomes is a shell of himself the last 3 years and at least some of that is on Nagy.

Nagy is better than Patullo like 2025 Kotite is better than Patullo. We should do better.

Broncos get to 21 or more points i think they win this game. Patriots offense hasn’t exactly played great. Chargers held them to 16, Houston held them to 21 (defensive td and also Texans defense got put in a bunch of bad spots thanks to stroud).

I tend to agree but I also think Nagy may have wanted out from Reid’s shadow.

You are talking about how they designated him as he was inducted into the hall. I am talking about how he got elected.

No way in hell do they just randomly put him in 38 years after he finished playing.

He was a DC who won 2 SBs and was inducted in 2010 after winning his 2nd SB in 2008.

See the difference?IMG_9768.jpegIMG_9769.jpeg

It isn’t just his time with KC wasn’t great (he has blame and I’d add roster construction also issue— felt for a while their OL has deteriorated since 2018 to present) but Sheil pointed out that when he was with the bears, he had that one year. But outside of that year, it’s been largely not impressive from Chicago onward.

Was not expecting to see a commercial saying fat people have feelings too

Put down the crack pipe

This is a Patrick Mahomes decision as much as anything. He wants Bieniemy.

What was with that random "it’s ok to be fat” commercial just slipped in there?

Lol that guy really doesn't like Mahomes

I dont want Nagy but I agree that he isnt nearly as bad as some are making him out to be on this board. I would way rather have him than JBC and Kafka.

i think Nagy believed he was getting that titans job. then he didn’t. Imo i tend to think the titans went saleh and a good OC as the better alternative.

Holy false start…idk how you miss the entire right side of the line going that early.

No he was great. Imagine how much better his numbers would look too if AJ didn't get called for the pushing off penalty on the first drive and if Dotson's knee doesn't go down before the ball crosses into the endzone. Even without that he had a great game through what was essentially 3 quarters.

It's a step back to the past with a guy who will not be creative. Better than KP but they had a chance to get someone exciting. It's a disappointment

And if he didn't throw that dumb pick.

He is a complete moron. Watch the end of that Detroit game while he was in Chicago. (not using the timeouts killed the Bears just based on his low IQ)

He went back to KC because they already knew him and liked him.

Even they are done with him now.

He was fired 2x for gross incompetence.

Bears fans loathe him. So do Chiefs fans. Chiefs fans wanted him gone after BTA.

There is not a fan base in the NFL that want's him but you are free to rank him where you want.
