Patullo was calling plays like they wanted to save all 3 for that very reason. But then they just burn it because they're incompetent. If they wanted that drive to be all or nothing, then call some running plays. They probably didn't even talk about their timeout/playcalling strategy at all because they don't know what they're doing and their entire operation is amateurI believe we saw Hurts reading something from his wrist band before lining up super late so I dont think we can place too much blame on the coaches for getting a play in late.

The playcall that took so long to make was AIDS

Thursday at 02:59 PM1 day I think if you hear eagles are interviewing Kingsbury then it will be him. They had a difference last time so an interview would imply that’s no longer there

I think it was the Lions or Bears who ran a hook & ladder against us in a similar situation earlier in the season to convert a long 4th down.Sadly, 4 verts straight into cover 4 over and over again was all our offensive "braintrust" could come up with.
Thursday at 03:05 PM1 day Btw maybe Monken will end up Giants OC, but hypothetically if the Eagles offered him that job today there's no chance he doesn't take it over the Giants. For so many reasons. Lurie will match any contract, it's more attractive for success, it's better for his future head coaching prospects. It's why they need to start interviewing people ASAP. Right now the OC market is stagnant because no one's been hired yet except Harbaugh. Once other coaches start getting hired, all of a sudden you have 9 new OC openings instead of a few.

I don't think he has what it takes to be a HC.I think people are underrating him because he was just fired. I said in another post, he was saddled with a bad GM and QB who was constantly in and out of the lineup but still had a .500 overall record. Not great, but he wasn’t some disaster like Gannon. The Dolphins started the season 1-6 and could have easily quit on him but he managed to finish 6-4 in the remaining games. People also can grow from one failed venture to another. With the structure of this FO and Owner, anyone has a better chance here than most other teams. The league is still at least interviewing him for HC jobs too, so not everyone thinks he’ll never be able to be a HC again.

If the O system has been the same for 5 years, why the need for a call to go to the wrist band to communicate? I'm not taking a dig Hurts per se, but if the O is that predictable, it shouldn't need a wristband to call.

Thursday at 03:27 PM1 day I've honestly never seen a QB need so much defending (even McNabb got more blame with worse talent around him). Hurts continues to get treated with kid gloves. It's never his fault, it's ALWAYS someone else or something. There isn't another franchise QB in the league that gets to pass off this much accountability. No one gave KM credit last year, it was all Hurts. Yet now the OC sucks and it's not Hurts is bad, it's Hurts has a bad OC. This is the complete opposite of Wentz. Wentz' poor decision making was always on him. I want a QB that doesn't continuously need to be defended. Yeah he won a SB, but so did Foles. No one was comfortable watching that final drive Sunday. No one expected Hurts to come out and win the game. He completely folded under pressure.

He had all year to learn some terminology that they practice nearly every single day for months and months.

Only "free white people" were allowed to become US citizens. In fact, all Arabs from Syria, Northern Africa and the Middle East were "declared" Caucasian so they could legally gain US citizenship.
