Loved him as an eagle. He is annoying AF now. Can't stand him anymore as a retired guy.

He's over exposed nationally and he's still too close to this team to have an unbiased take as an analyst.

lol Of course not.

Patullo was really a victim of circumstance in all this. The fact we were historically late to get plays in on time this season compared to previous seasons was just a weird coincidence.

Dry.

I'll drop it after this but do you know that an early 20th century court decision and another around the end of WWll declared Arabs to be caucuasian so they could gain American Citizenship at thode times? Only "free white people" were allowed to become US citizens. In fact, all Arabs from Syria, Northern Africa and the Middle East were "declared" Caucasian so they could legally gain US citizenship.

The history of this process is endlessly fascinating. I recommend How the Irish Became White by Noah Ignatiev for another ethnic perspective. Many immigrant groups were considered racially inferior. Some still are.

8 more HC jobs. Would not want to be looking for an HC now

We've discussed it a bunch, but the OL was a whole new level of bad. Can argue the health, but regardless. They were bad.

Last time the Ravens and Steelers hired a HC, they made kinda off the wall hires. 8 HC openings left, Harbaugh (NYG) and Tomlin (family/break/media $$$) reportedly not in play. Raiders always seem to make a splash. Think we’re gonna see at least one "Whoa” HC hire this cycle, maybe several more than that.

Four verticles that close to the end zone is just criminal.

That was totally expected as far as I am concerned...they have done it all season. I recently saw a breakdown of the last drive where the Eagles actually called the same formation and play on two consecutive plays during that drive...and if that is not crazy enough they ran two more exact plays on the same drive...that's 4 out of ten plays plus the stupidity on the last play.

Any other QB in the league would not be diplomatic/stoic in a situation like that. I would not fault Hurts for a strong emotional display at the insanity. I absolutely do not fault AJ Brown who appears to be the most authentic player out there.

I remember hearing the stories of Jim McMahon during the Bears hey day. A play would be called in from the sideline, and McMahon would turn to the huddle and start by saying..."Do not look over at the sideline". He would then change the entire play and Ditka would go crazy...lol! The play would work and that would be the end of that!

I think that's more of it's always been Nicks offense regardless of who the OC is

Which is why it’s awesome hear they will give the new OC full autonomy

The 2023 draft brought the team Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith. Neither player has reached their potential.

Round 3-4 has the potential to be all-time bad

65- Tyler Steen

66- Sydney Brown

105- Kelee Ringo (traded 2024 3rd to move up)

This has been a seriously productive 3rd round class (especially at positions of need or the Eagles)

Players taken between Steen-Ringo

I don't believe they will. They'll say it's a collaboration most likely

Well if you believe the reporting they have told OCs they have full control so they can get a real one.

I'd be surprised. That's certainly not a proven offensive mind.

Absolutely no for the OC...the Eagles need an OC with successful NFL play calling experience and a demonstrated understanding of adapting to a dual threat QB. The Eagles will need Hurts's running threat again...

It can get fixed pretty quickly.

Draft a T and a G high

Keep F Johnson and sign MB if LA cuts him

Backups

Kendall, Lampkin, Williams, Steen, 1st/2nd round T, 2nd/3rd round G, F Johnson

I've honestly never seen a QB need so much defending (even McNabb got more blame with worse talent around him). Hurts continues to get treated with kid gloves. It's never his fault, it's ALWAYS someone else or something. There isn't another franchise QB in the league that gets to pass off this much accountability. No one gave KM credit last year, it was all Hurts. Yet now the OC sucks and it's not Hurts is bad, it's Hurts has a bad OC. This is the complete opposite of Wentz. Wentz' poor decision making was always on him. I want a QB that doesn't continuously need to be defended. Yeah he won a SB, but so did Foles. No one was comfortable watching that final drive Sunday. No one expected Hurts to come out and win the game. He completely folded under pressure.

STFU you whining Washer.
