I don’t usually get personal on here, but your post hit me. I’ve been where you are. I’ve had a couple suicide attempts in my past and spent time in inpatient treatment afterward. I’m still in therap

I thought Sheil absolutely hit it out of the park on the podcast with Bo and Ej on phly on Friday. I just listened to it. i actually think Bo had some excellent points in there as well to boost sheil’s takes

Were they back in studio or were they still on radio row? I stopped listening to their pods from this week due to just the bad audio that comes from those recordings.

Here are teams with worse receivers, but a better passing offense than we had in 2025:

Cardinals

Jaguars

Texans

Saints

49ers

Colts

Bears

Falcons

Giants

Chargers

Patriots

I'll skip 2024 because obviously the run game was the focus. So here's 2023 (and there are probably more, I didn't go digging through depth charts):

Texans

Saints

Commanders

Seahawks (with geno smith)

Chargers

Blame whoever you want, this team with 2 top 10 receivers sucks at passing the ball. Getting rid of one of those (and keep the one who will age far better) to bring in someone who would absolutely transform the defense isn't some unthinkable move.

Devonta Smith will be an All Pro next year and have 1,600+ yards. If they trade AJ and let Goedert walk then I think they end up signing Mike Evans to pair with DeVonta in this new offense.

They were still at radio Row. But you don’t have to listen to the whole podcast. I would just say the first segment with him is what I’m talking about. I think it was first impression segment then after initial ads i believe another 10 mins.

Dotson is so underrated by people on this board because he gets thrown to 3 times a season (you can blame whoever you want for that, scheme, hurts, whatever). He isn't a 1 by any means, he's easily a serviceable 2. He doesn't need to be elite, he needs to be good which he could be if he was thrown to. If I were him I would try to get to buffalo, with allen he would have 1k and double digit TDs.

Dotson stunk before he got here and has stunk since he has been here. He cant leave fast enough

AJ needs to stay. Its in both sides best interest

Elaborate on how he stinks here. No one ever can so im curious

damn. That was the knock on him before the draft last year. Stupid

Not just this year, last year too. I really don't care, sure go get a new QB too while you're at it. Maybe they'll spread the ball more so our WR3 is actually worth a damn. Not sure why you're so upset about it, AJ isn't some HOF receiver. Smitty will be better for this offense if it really is timing based

Getting rid of AJ right now makes no sense from a salary cap perspective. It also makes no sense for the makeup of these team. I’ve seen folks say Dotson can fill the void, that’s crazy talk. He sucks. Window is open for one more year maybe 2. Keeping AJ gives us the best chance to win.

Smitty is a great #1, Dotson would be a serviceable 2. Sure cooper is an unknown, but i'm not really sure why everyone thinks we need 2 top 10 WRs in an offense that throws the ball 20 times a game.

There are teams with worse receiving corps who have better passing attacks, in fact one of them is playing tomorrow. The Patriots have Diggs, boutte, and MACK HOLLINS. What an outstanding receiving corps

Yeah, I’m not trying to use the Patriots as some blueprint to make it to the SB. They’re like the 12th best team in the league.

He can't win. The media and a portion of the fans just hate him no matter what he does or says and just wait for any little thing that can be taken out of context. Guy can have 30 straight catches, drops one and he will be shredded in a dozen different ways. Those fans and media deserve Pinkston, Thrash and Na f'n Brown.

Maybe true, but when you can't STFU for 4 months during the season and continue to be a distraction, you lose that luxury.

After watching the 30 to 30, is there a better Philadelphian player that had it when he needed to have it than Corey Clement?

I get the Nick Foles responses but he at least showed he could play in 2023 and other times. Clement had the game of his life and then just kinda disappeared.

I've heard multiple reporters say this. If the Eagles decide to move him I don't think it'll have anything to do with the media stuff. Every reporter who covers the team said there are no issues with AJ Brown the person and no one cares about the social media stuff.

I think if the Eagles were decide to move him it would be because they believe he's not as good as he used to be or because his lack of contentment is impacting his effort on the field. But this idea that the Eagles consider him this big distraction has been shot down by virtually everyone.

All this talk of AJ going…

I am still to be convinced of exactly how AJ is realistically traded, with the massive 1 or 2 year hit that entails, and still have enough cap space to re-sign our talent that needs re-signing…(plus replace AJ, and sign our rookies, and be even a little active in free agency)

If anyone can show me the numbers that balance, I’d be happy to see them…

Personally, I think with the whole new offense regime coming in, I think it makes a lot more sense to simply see how the new season goes with AJ on the team, and some new direction from the incoming co-ordinators…

His route running stinks.

I think the whole idea of stripping down our receiving corps to Smith, Dotson and Cooper (putting aside tight end) and actively making things worse for our QB who isn’t known for elevating talent around him to be completely absurd.

Also are making things harder on rookie OC Mannion. And giving Lurie a reason to keep Sirianni if the offense sucks because Sirianni will be able to argue they took away key weapons from him and he wasn’t given the chance to succeed. Ultimately I don’t think that would be enough to sell Lurie to keep him if the offense sucks, but still.

Not to mention the Rams have the Falcons pick, which is 13 I believe, because Atlanta desperately wanted this guy.
