With how well they rebounded, culture (and control) are going to be huge factors in coaching hires.Just a couple other things to remember...Washburn and Babin rebelling against the coaching staff, Tom Donahoe showing Howie up in the war room (over the freaking Milton Williams outstanding pick).Guys with a connection to existing employees who can be ruled out as psychopaths are going to have a leg up on getting hired here.
