Howie saved him for last. It was easier to structure everyone else, then structure Cox within the cap years and what should be put into signing bonus. Rather than his first, then work all the other deals around it.Howie knows what he's doing. While you can't sign everyone, if there's anyone that can maximize things to make it work, it's him. He may surprise us with some things.
