It probably won't happen but I want F. Johnson back. That guy is valuable. I know he wants to start but he has come in handy the last two years.

They need CB2. Don't screw around or worry about comp picks. Get a good player and the entire defense will function better. I'm good with waiting things out at safety.

There have been enough people cut Howie doesn't have to worry about comp picks. I know what he said but last year had to fire him up a bit, so I'm not sure I fully believe he is going to be completely quiet. We'll see.

It helps us have a better roster, and helps our cap situation. I fail to see a downside.

Its not like athleticism that can quickly decline. Its strength and a lot of it is a mindset.

I do not think his blocking has declined.

I would guess he was moreso a disinterested blocker last season. Could have been a player who let his contract situation get to his head. Could have been like AJ and let his frustration with the offense affect his performance. Could have been something in the way he was being coached. Could have been something else.

I think the least likely of all possibilities is that he has lost the ability.

I also think the most likely fixes will be a new contract that he is happy with, and a new coaching staff.

Joe Dirt is a decent playmaker for us. Let's see how the new oc works out before we dump people

Omar Cooper ran 83% of his routes from the slot last year. So I dont know if he is projecting as an inside/outside guy or if he is considered just a slot by scouts. But this stuff is really good.

The comps with the above numbers put him in this company

Blankenship should be just under that but who knows if he reaches FA

I wonder if he has a poor attitude or something. We traded him quickly and then he was productive for the Jets and apparently they don't want him.

That's pretty much what was said about Justin Jefferson when he entered the draft...not saying he is remotely close to JJ but that's what the "experts" were saying.

I could NOT deal with that Lemon kid...when he was talking to the media, with...did he take 10 gummies before he went out there.

Right before the video that had those comparisons I posted, I actually watched a clip of McShay talking about how Lemon bombed his podium time.

Youre right about Jefferson. Cooper looks like a guy who can do either. Its just not how he was used this year.

DJ Moore going to the Bills set the market; in the same way the Jags did the other year with Christian Kirk. Its not like Wentz when it was clear to everyone that he wanted out.

I thought Fred was pretty open about wanting to go somewhere where he has a chance to start. I would be fine with them signing Adoree Jackson as a lower cost option and drafting. I don't think there's much out there in terms of free agency. I also hope they don't trade a pick for a marginal player.
