Take the Becton lesson. (Do the same with Vera-Tucker). Oft injured usually means oft injured continues. That’s why Becton is a FA again. Sometimes a one year deal works with oft injured types, sometimes it doesn’t. Ojulari is a great example of that.
March 6Mar 6 Patriots first and seconds are basically 2nd and 3rd's so unless they want to add an additional mid round pick or young player, this won't cut it for me.

March 6Mar 6 I am fully in on Cashius Howell as a Nolan Smith replacement. Sorry Nolan, love the locker room personality. We need production.Howell's 1.58 10 yard split is nasty and that translates to the field. Hes not just quick off the line, but he can really get low on his dip around the edge. He has short arms, but hes a guy OTs really cant seem to get their hands on.Howell would instantly be our best pass rusher. By far. Its an instant upgrade. Im not saying I want to trade Nolan Smith, I just dont care to re-sign him. But, someone did share a tweet this morning saying his name is out there on the trade block. So this may be something on the eagles radar.

Patriots need a WR1 and they're not gonna get one at #31 overall; AJ Brown will still have the same value to them after June 1. I don't think signing Tyreek Hill or Mike Evans at top of market price in free agency fills that need.Howie can afford to wait until the summer. Brown is no distraction until training camp opens.
