I don’t usually get personal on here, but your post hit me. I’ve been where you are. I’ve had a couple suicide attempts in my past and spent time in inpatient treatment afterward. I’m still in therap

I heard the same thing in 2002

But wouldn't be shocked if one of the first two picks is either safety or corner.

Howie will stick to BPA. Someone is bound to fall. Don't think he will force OL or WR if his guys aren't there.

Seems like the DT's in this draft could be all world prospects if they live up to their athleticism . How would you rank these guys for us?

Rene Konga

Landon Robinson
Kaleb Proctor
Zane Durant
Jordan Van den Berg

Demonte Capehart

Uar Bernard

Thats a tough one because a bunch of those guys are major projections despite immense talent.

In that group Proctor is 1 pretty easily.

2/3 depends on the flavor a team is looking for. Capehart is strong, Durant is more of a proven penetrator.

4/5 Robinson and Vandenberg are kinda freakish athletically. But Robinson is very undersized at only 5'11'' and both have some level of competition concerns. Vandenberg is large, and athletic. At times he dominated but maybe it wasnt consistent enough, so why didnt he become a household name? You have to wonder.

I think thats generally the order theyll be drafted in, but I woudlnt be surprised if a re-draft shuffles the order a few years down the line. Proctor should still be 1. But I can see Vandenberg or Capehart being good starters, and Durant can have a Milton Williams type of career. Maybe Robinson can too, but to me if he is Poona Ford Im excited about that pick as a late round guy.

I dont know Konga and Bernard.

If there’s any doubt his guys are there I predict Howie will likely use pick 68 to move from #23 up to 17 or 18. They identified Campbell last year and were trying to move up to the early twenties to get him. Turned out only a switch with KC was needed.

This feels like a board where he’ll want to move up; possibly even offer up pick #54 instead of 68 if he feels it’s worth it.

Maybe but if he considers this a weak draft like most seem to he may feel like moving up doesn’t get them a player much better than they can get at 23. The only player I could see them moving up more than a couple picks for is Freeling, but even then he’s a raw tackle that isn’t exactly some guy who’s dominated for 4 years in college.

Johnson IS one of the best CBs in this class. He might be CB2. CB3 at worst. Why the hell is he falling to round 2?

Because he is a bit limited in what he has seen in offenses, route trees.

6' 1.5'' seems alright to me. The workout is great. Im not really paying attention to LBs in this class, but it makes me a little sad we dont need one because its an amazing LB class.

You must be too short too, because that joke went right over your head.

Check out Konga! Bernard is this dude that is a freak athlete

Nigerian NFL draft prospect DT Uar Bernard just put up INSANE numbers at the HBCU showcase and is viewed as one of the most explosive athletes 💪 🇳🇬 ◽️ Height: 6'4.5” ◽️

Agree. I think they want to make the offense cheaper and rookies on their first contract will help with that.
