Yeah the GB fans I know really hated the whole "big rotation of 5-6 mediocre WRs" thing. That being said Smith is better than anyone they have so that won't really be the case here regardless of how many Wicks tier guys they bring in at least.

I doubt the WR rotation is something Mannion would bring here. That’s a LaFleur thing for some reason, and for such a bright guy, it really was beyond dumb that he would give Malik Heath and Bo Melton (who had been playing corner) snaps over Golden.

Ive been going through their channel and watching all the OL stuff. Its all the same. Cant move. Slow. Stiff. Or, athletic but not strong enough. On the ground a lot. Catcher... They all have numerous issues.

They dont even like Ioane all that much. Or Bisontis. Hes getting 1st round buzz, they have him in the 3rd.

One of the better scouting reports from those guys was Illinois OT JC Davis who has played left and right tackle. Brian has him in the 4th round. Voch says hes a 3rd round guard, 4th round tackle.

It sorta makes sense in this draft with very fee real 1st round talents

If I had a choice, I'd take Dotson over Wicks any day. But Dotson got paid more than they wanted to spend on a #3 receiver. So I get it.

I don't know man, it kind of looks like that is exactly what is being set up. Smitty, Wicks, Hollywood, and a draft pick, then you also have Cooper who is interesting. Obviously Smitty is better than anyone GB has and will get more targets but it certainly appears their response to losing AJ will be to replace him in the aggregate with Smitty taking on a bigger role and then using a few guys with the ball being spread around more.
