Will Farrell slapped Chris Noth at the Grammys. That's about it.

Is Bfit still plugging wires into boxes, and that sort of thing?

Oh dang. The world went and moved on.

I'm glad this place is still around.  I'm a little disappointed that it didn't fall apart without me.

One really big change is a commitment in CVON to have respectful, thoughtful discussions about important issues.

I assume it's as bad as the Facebook groups.  So much hate.

I just wrote up our electrician's bid for this drug store on Kensington Ave.  It is so sad.  There is not ONE shread of copper left in the place.  They even took all the lights.  Highly unlikely anyone will get awarded the job but the land owner will probably get a big check from the drug store to get out of the lease.

update...every vehicle we've gone to look at has been complete sheet.  we're basically down to 1 possibility...one we saw right after it was traded in & was in horrible condition & had a grinding noise coming from the rear wheel. yeah...that's the best option right now. <_<

it's rough out there, folks. would up getting him an old as sheet hyundai tucson...it runs (so far).

Welp, after 15 years in public accounting, I've decided to go private.  Accepted a job offer today.  Start beginning May.  Compensation is awesome, can work from home, and a good family culture.  Should have made the leap 10 years ago.  I won't miss tax season.

Yea!!!  Good for you rambo.   Best wishes to you.  I had the easiest tax season ever.  Just me now, no schedules to file.

That’s awesome, congratulations!  Different field, but I switched from private sector to public back in November for many of the same reasons (except the more pay part). I hope this transition is everything you’re hoping for.
