Thanks for sharing. So nice to read successful situations like that. They sound like wonderful people.

But now that I have countless home improvement projects that take my time and two dogs pissing on it, its basically one big brown patch.
August 31, 20205 yr maybe it's like this everywhere, but....one good thing about nepa...if you put something out on your curb with a sign that says "free", someone will take it. it doesn't matter what kind of sheet you put out there. got rid of an old headboard that way this past weekend.

Can I just open the door to my garage, aka storage shed, and put up a sign that says "free" and have them just help me rid myself of all this non-sense I've held onto once and for all?

That's everywhere. I put some old raggedy chairs out last week that were left from the previous owner...Took about 3 days on a not busy road for them to be snapped up. I people go around the night before trash pickup and collect sheet people are tossing. Watched way too many episodes of hoarders.

I think i just got a glimpse of my fourth wife. awww Melvin, you've got Chickie. Chickie is already aware that if i ever find a way to build the house below, there will be a weekend, maybe a year after the exterior paint dries, where i send her away for a weekend and make love to the house. I 😍 anything MCM.
