Probably a combination of smelling himself in the offseason with failing to settle in early this year given the chaos at safety. He’s done a lot for this team, so a bad year can be forgiven. And he’s earned some trust that next year will be less like 2026. But he has cost himself money.

Heck from training camp reports I was expecting to see the next LT.
