Turning point was the Dalton pick. With that said, I can't imagine what McVay and Stafford gonna do.

Less than 250 total net yards? Despicable.

10 penalties...Fine the HC. Siri should apologize publicly for the lack of discipline his weakling team displayed.

Speaking of weakling team...2 consecutive drafts that have produced zero dominant players? Where's Howie's broom closet again? Make sure the light bulb in there works.

Look at these drafts now, when the hype is gone. They're not good.

The scouts who thought Epps and Makuba were starting caliber safeties should be fired.

This team could easily be 0-3 right now. They're not a good football team and their deficiencies are not fixable until the off season.

I always liked epps but hes not a guy you count on to hold it down for 17 games. He was serviceable in 2022 that was 3 seasons 2 teams and a bunch of injuries a go.

He's depth at this point not a starter and when you pair him next to a guy as bad as makuba has been it just magnifies the issues.

Makuba needs to be gone, ive never seen a defender get trucked so many times in a game.

Kenny Moore will be an upgrade but hes always played close to rhe LOS and for whatever reason vic refuses to move dejean to safety which is probably his more natural position.

The D is a mess on the back end and the lack of pressure up front doesnt help.

I was hyped for jakyx hunt after all the summer hype of him being unblockable but hes been the king of almost this year, looking like mamula out there.

Well see if they can figure it out going forward but if im vic theres no way im putting makiba back out there .he was the worst player on the field tonight on both teams by a wide margin

Embarrassing performance by the players and coaching staff.

Sirianni has become a terrible game manager. I was shouting at my TV to take a damn TO while Hurts was being evaluated. Andy Dalton shouldn’t even be on the team. Sean Mannion isn’t showing any play-calling chops. He can’t seem to get the O in a rhythm at all.

I think he didn’t take a timeout because he wanted to be slick and try to score with Dalton because of ego. He knows he SHOULDVE called a timeout…and at the very least ran with Bigsby on that down close to the goaline where it seems like Saquon has had issues punching it in at. And he seemed kind of off discussing that series and the series where Hurts scored. It’s like he’s fighting over the offense. This dynamic is just infuriating, if Howie likes the guy so much he should find something else for him to do up in some office near him.

They could've done a number of other things there. Heck, they could've tush pushed with Jalen Carter a couple times.

In the end, I saw the Philadelphia Eagles get physically beaten badly all game. They're undersized and weak at too many positions, and that's 100% on the GM.

True but at least they got out coached on both sides too, so they got that going for them...

I know the first instinct is to wonder what the hell happened to the offense, but honestly, that's some of the worst defensive play I've seen from this team in a cool minute. I can actually forgive the poor play by the offense, with a new coordinator and all, but there's no excuse (that I can think of) for Fangio.

Nothing will change. Howie has been trash the last 2 offseasons. Terrible signings, Terrible drafts. Resigning the wrong players. F This team!

It was the beer can that hit him in the head at the parade. That started the whole downfall

I want Sirianni gone yesterday. Thanks for the ring but we won it in spite of you. Take Big Dom and his charade with you.

I been saying this forever....he is a major part of the problem

This season it's clear that Howie bet the house on Jürgens and Dickerson recovering back to what they were in 2024, they haven't and the new blocking scheme has made everybody else look worse. The question for this team this year was what happens when the new offense meets a decent defense and the answer is last night. Our biggest strength for 5 years has become a liability, the pass protection is shaky but the run blocking is flat awful.

We let the O Line stagnate, drafting late round projects that haven't worked since we took Steen in the 3rd three years ago.

We've known Dickerson might be on borrowed time with his knees since he was drafted, and him and Jürgens were having experimental medical treatments in the off season, so it's ridiculous after what happened to the line last year that we didn't take a center/guard with a pick in the first two days instead of a WR and TE that at the moment aren't adding anything, then we took a project tackle in the third?

The defense is another issue, the D Line is getting hella expensive and frankly so far this season it ain't worth it, we're doing the almost but not quite sacks thing again. Also for my money we have better cover at nickel corner if we move Dejean to Safety than we do at Safety if we don't so it baffles me a bit that we keep trotting Epps out there, Epps is a guy who starts occasionally in a pinch, he's not a starting safety.

Last night isn't the end of the season, they've got to get the offensive scheme properly settled in, but it's hard to see us getting anywhere with both lines playing as they are. The defensive line has tended to start slow under Vic so they may get it together by mid season, but the O Line is really concerning and you don't fix O Line in season, no one is trading decent O Linemen until they're already out of contention and by then we might be done too (although we might be in a bad enough division to sneak the post season). We were due a down season after a few years of really contending and this might be it.

I know that team is struggling but the last 2 weeks that offense has been performing at a high level. And the way we’ve been playing they could just boat race us.

they have to figure out the offensive and defensive lines. Get that done and this team is right back on track. should be simple

We will see how they bounce back after getting embarrassed on Monday Night Football.

Was Darius Cooper not playing this game ?

1st and 2nd round of the draft- there were primo offensive linemen, and what did Howie do?
He got cute and took a Lemon, and the cowardly lion in Stowers. NEITHER has shown Sheeeiiiit.
Nothing. Nada. Zilch. This O line could have been rebuilt, but here we are. An org who used to take

pride in building from the lines outward had FAILED everyone. Howie has lost his mojo.

Didn’t expect that.

Boooo….

Offense seemed fine in the first half minus the turnovers. If Tank doesn't fumble and Dalton doesn't throw the pick, who knows how it turns out - even with how they played, they were still in it at the half. The 3rd quarter is when the game completely got away from them. Went stagnant on offense, and Vic kept foolishly betting that Keenum wouldn't continue beating the rush.

It's an early loss so I'm not too worried about it. But there's things that need to be cleaned up for sure and changes to be made in order to have a SB run.

So I’m conflicted. On the one hand I agree it’s still early in the season, there’s still plenty of time to get this sorted and clean things up.

On the other hand I keep hearing "oh well the offense did move the ball and there were positives and if it wasn’t for the turnovers and the penalties we’d have had more”. That’s like when people say "he may have had 100 rushing yards but 45 came on one run”. Well they all count. Why would we think the turnovers and penalties are going to stop? The penalties are what this OL is.

The worst 2nd half offense in the league combined with the worst d line in the league is a recipe for this against any team that's not complete trash. Brandon Graham would be the best DE on the team if he came back again. The DEs are trash. Greenard is Huff 2.0. Carter and Davis got paid so obviously they're done playing until it's a contract year again. What a joke.

The first half wasn't that bad by the offense, sadly it produced just 7 points and 2 TO. The second was putrid at best.

The defense was scary bad, if last week against a bad team made some bad mistakes, yesterday with a good offense led by a backup QB was just unbearable.

Epps is a nice backup to have at best, the fact that someone tought that it could be enough paired with Mukuba (where at least you can hope he'll improve) it's insane.

Well, under Sirianni the team doesn't usually turn the ball over a lot, plus it's still early in the season. A number of teams had ugly performances in week 3, or lost games they should've won. I mean, we're about to play the Rams who blew a 16 point lead and are 1-2 after being crowned as the super team. So, I don't think we should be panicking yet.

My biggest problems with the Eagles right now are the trends they've shown from last year to this year and don't seem to be getting any better...

Sirianni is failing/declining at game management...his main role on gamedays

The OL continues to look bad...which makes for no run game, bad pass protection, and just forget about it when the other team sends extra rushers.

We simply cannot run screens....WR bubble or dump off to RB...it gets blown up every time. They look completely inept in trying to run those plays.

The offense as a whole just lacks any kind of rhythm or cohesiveness. 2 different OC's, but the product on the field looks the same.

Something is wrong with Jalen Carter. It's either his physical health, or his effort (mental). He hasn't looked the same since 2024 but he's now PAID.

Jordan Davis is inconsistent and more often than not a non-factor.

Jihaad Campbell just looks lost...looked lost last year too.

Safeties are incompetent.

All of that...and I'm sure there's more...has been happening since last year with no signs of getting them fixed. The defense as a whole has also trended downwards even though they have the most continuity of coaching and players. They're actually the most disappointing thing this year so far because they should be better but yet look worse.

Appears DEAN was the soul of the D

I'm with you. I hated this hire from the get go. Even if our offense was great this year, Manion would be hired away and we'd have to start over again. This "coach" brings nothing to the table.

I BS you not...just a few minutes ago on Good Morning Football....Kyle Brandt just said and I quote (but paraphrasing) "You could call 32 other coaches in this league and ask them who their top five coaches are and NONE of them would say Nick Sirianni, despite all of the success he has had".....he said more but that was the gist of it....I loathe this man and his approach to this team and game....I said it before and I will say it again, I will be SO glad when he is gone....nothing but a glorified cheerleader....
