Would that make the snap never have happened, or create a new timeline? They could put on the gauntlet and snap everyone back, and then return the stones in that timeline to where Thanos got them without having to do any further time travel. But then there would be two versions of some of the characters there and if there's a new timeline branch then that timeline doesn't have the stones and thenIf they did that, The original timeline would end and they'd create a branch based on the fact the snap didn't happenHow would they travel back in time if the snap didn't happen? I think you'd create a time paradox based on that where previous actions needed to happenMakes you wonder why the Watchers didn't intervene in Doomsday as it was Cap and the others that created the problem in the first place. If you want a want a wacky time travel story, watch Devils Hour on Prime. Not many eps (last season still to be launched) but Peter Capaldi is good in it.
Tuesday at 02:10 PM4 days It's interesting that in Doomsday he shows up because of all their messing with time and multiverses caused incursions that destroyed worlds, which diminishes what they did in Endgame. They wanted Endgame to be an emotional, nostalgic heroic fan service movie where they bring everyone back...now it's caused other worlds to die and was a bad thing (As Tony said, you mess with time it tends to mess back or however he said that). Was that how it went in the comics?
Wednesday at 01:05 PM3 days Based on a basic bit of research that the geeks can tell me iI' wrong onJust in case its a spoilerThere is no like for like storyline in the comics - this just cribs bits from places but doesn't use a like for like storyline (1984 and 2015 comics). The next movies are loosely based on Jonathan Hickmans' series and other items to get to Battleworld and the resetThe Incursions Begin (Avengers / New Avengers, 2012–2014):The Illuminati FormThe Cabal RisesDoctor Doom’s GambitThe Collision and Battleworld (Secret Wars, 2015)
Friday at 12:17 PM1 day Watched the first episode of Visionquest last night and liked it. It surprised me until Terry Matalas was involved - did a great job on Picard Season 3 cleaning up the mess and giving us that moment. No twerking or baddies detected so far....
