If I have it right, Biden hasn’t denied that they’re real, but there is no concrete evidence that they are... is that correct? Let me save you some time, the bombshell Biden emails came from Seth Rich's laptop before he got Clinton'ed.

We are being laughed at.

October 16, 20204 yr 3 hours ago, mayanh8 said: The US and UK were going hard after Burisma way before Hunter ever got involved. We know that. That's just facts. One month after Biden and Obama helped the UK seize $23M in Burisma assets, Burisma hired Hunter. In the following months the British tried to work with Shokin and Ukranian anti-corruption officials to further assist and indict the head of Burisma. Shokin refused to cooperate, refused to give British officials the needed documents to continue their own actions, and shelved the Ukranian investigation. That entire ordeal went on for about a year. After a year of holding Burisma's assets, a British court ordered the assets to be unfrozen because British officials couldn't continue their investigation due to Shokin's obstruction. At this point, UK officials pleaded for more help from the U.S. because they were getting nowhere and so off Joe Biden went to Kiev to apply pressure on the Ukranian government. It was during these trips that George Kent learned that Hunter Biden was on the Burisma board of directors. The flag was immediately raised internally within the Obama administration that it could be perceived as a conflict of interest. The Senate was briefed immediately, including Republicans, who had no issues with it whatsoever. It was understood that Biden was doing his job and, if anything, was working against Hunter Biden's interests. So Biden continued his assault on Shokin for obstructing ant-corruption investigations, including the one looking into Burisma, until he was finally voted out via a vote of no confidence in 2016. By that time the Obama administration was winding down and nothing else could be done. Unfortunately, another stooge was appointed in Lutsenko who carried on the pro-Russia agenda into 2019, further stymying British and American anti-corruption. To this date, Burisma investigations are still "open" and "being reviewed". In this case, we know all the facts. We know the exact timeline and we have sworn testimony from all parties involved. This isn't a case of "we don't know the whole story". We do know the whole story. These events played out in the public eye for years. There's no questioning any of it. Given that, if Don Jr. was coking it up with Burisma execs, and Trump was going after Burisma, why would I have a problem with it? Your entire argument rides on the fact that Joe had no understanding of Hunter's involvement with Burisma prior to finding out about it by surprise. These newly released emails suggest that was not the case. In fact, they suggest exactly the opposite, that Joe was in the know to the extent that he even met with the Burisma people at Hunter's request. His campaign has not been very specific about denying it either, only to say that it was not on his official calendar. Going back to my original point. Should these emails be valid then surely you would agree that this anomaly needs to be investigated.

October 16, 20204 yr 3 minutes ago, The Norseman said: Your entire argument rides on the fact that Joe had no understanding of Hunter's involvement with Burisma prior to finding out about it by surprise. No. What I'm saying is that doesn't matter. The administration went after Burisma before Hunter Biden and went after them after Hunter Biden. The behavior and underlying motivation never changed. That in and of itself destroys any "Joe Biden did something dirty" narrative. It doesn't matter what Hunter Biden or Burisma were talking about. 5 minutes ago, The Norseman said: Going back to my original point. Should these emails be valid then surely you would agree that this anomaly needs to be investigated. Nope. As I said before, the emails are likely fake. U.S. intel has been warning it was coming for months now. But in some alternate reality, if they were real, it'd still be a non story. We know everything that Joe Biden was doing in Ukraine was at the behest of Obama and European allies. It has nothing to do with Hunter Biden.

You don't have to agree with his policies, but suggesting that he's just doing this to promote his own net worth is just partisan laziness.

October 16, 20204 yr 6 minutes ago, The Norseman said: who cares Anyone who cares about American national security interests should. Unless you want to confront Chinese and Russian aggression through conventional war (by ourselves). Otherwise we are going to need to apply economic pressure to China and Russia to persuade them to curtail their aggressive activities. We need allies for that. The levels of ignorance that comes from Trump supporters never ceases to amaze me. When I wonder how people can support this buffoon, CVON always reminds me of the answer... because you guys don't really know anything about anything.

It was a publicity stunt and used it to get MAGA to donate their life savings to the Trump Foundation where Trump was secretly funneling the money to himself. His entire campaign was a grift. He was busted for it and had to legally shut down the foundation. In addition, the Trump Campaign fund is now under investigation for doing the same. Seriously, every person who's come out of that black hole in DC has said that publicly. How many more people need to say it before you believe it?
