LIberals: It's all fake from Russia

Rudy: We have an email from Hunter's attorney George Mesires to the store asking to get the drive back last week on October 13th at 6:58:59 PM

Liberals: We are going to ignore that and mock Rudy, scream Russia louder, and go with the Shaggy defense

You can go on and believe Rudy. Mocking us for not believing him while you swallow Trump is laughable, man.

Laughable.

Putting all your trust in Rudy to deliver has worked out so well in the past, why stop now, right?

LOL there is an email from Hunter's attorney to the store talking about a phone conversation where he asked for it back. Hey...can we maybe get that imaginary laptop back that doesn't exist? Thanks.

Another email? From an attorney? Asking for a client's property? REALLY!?!??!?!

Property that doesn't exist to liberals. The idiot actually called to ask for it back and then sent a follow up email. I am not arguing what may or may not be on there, but it obviously exists.

Where does it say, "please return my client's property to us"? Further, why have the actual emails still not surfaced, just the images of them dated months later? If they're not trying to make it look fake, they are doing a terrible job of it.

The email doesn't even say as much. This is typically what happens you go all in on Rudy, you get hung out to dry like a moron.

You want to back that up with a citation chief? Because I sure as hell cannot verify it. And it's a stupid claim anyway, because Rudy does not have the hard drive. The FBI does. Rudy claims to have a clone of the drive made by the shop.

The only thing Mesires has said about this is that it's false. That's it.

Try again sparky.

Is there a recording of this phone conversation where the attorney asks for it back? Because this email makes no mention any such thing. You'll have to forgive me if I don't take Rudy's word for it.

This email?

Thank you for speaking with me tonight. As I indicated, I am a lawyer for Hunter Biden and I appreciate you reviewing your records on this matter. Thank you.

This doesn't confirm anything that you allege that was said on the prior phone call. Nothing about returning laptops. E-mails can be easy to fake. Come back when you have some actual proof.

It's referencing a phone call the store owners said was to ask for it back. I'm not arguing what is in the emails, if there is video of him engaging in things with possibly under age teens, etc. We will find that out down the line, but it physically exists. The Biden camp isn't even arguing that, so it's physical existence isn't some Russian conspiracy that it is all made up. He obviously left it at the store. We won't find out until after the election what is on there probably. You all can argue about the content I'm not in that mix. Will it matter in this election? Probably not. You all can argue about that too, but if I'm on the left I'm not mocking this as some totally fake story yet because nobody knows. Same goes for people saying there is absolutely child sex acts on there or other incriminating things. We will have to wait and see.

Yes, it is all fake. The store owner claims he called to ask for it back. We have an email proving they spoke. That collaborates what the owner said IMO. Again, I'm not arguing about the content you all can have fun with that, but it physically exists and the owner made a copy Rudy has. So you all can dance around like idiots mocking it as being fake. People can dance around claiming there is damming evidence on there. Both sides shouldn't be dancing about anything yet because we don't know, but there is a drive. Videos and pictures would be pretty hard to fake if true. We will see.

Let's hear a recording of this call or have Mr. Magoo go under oath. Until then, it's not moving the needle.

And proving it's his laptop still does not prove the emails in question are real. Only the original email files themselves can do that.

Yeah, it collaborates what the store owner said happened on the phone. What records would the store owner have to review? If it was a stop immediately phone call there wouldn't be anything to check into. So you can post the rolling eyes emoji all you want.

Holy s*** dude, this is spycraft 101.  It's basic.  You realize Rudy was just the cherry on top.  He is the textbook profile of what the CIA terms an asset.  And this operation has been going on for months.  All of these "documents" were fabricated.

How do you not see this?  You're smarter than this.

The word, Mr. Grad-Level Statistics Course Wizard, is corroborates. And no, the email absolutely does not corroborate that the attorney asked for the computer back. You are doing it again, lalone.

We aren't arguing about that. You can fight it out with others over that one. My point is a drive exists, we have to wait about the content. People mocking it are silly to me the same as people dancing about what is on there. We don't know.

I don't see why an attorney would ask someone to check records about an imaginary event. That doesn't sound like a cease and desist or we are suing you kind of email to me, but whatever. You all are in the 100% fake camp. Fine. Others are in the 100% true on the content. I don't' know personally because I'm waiting to see.

You realize that the way misinformation campaigns like this work is to mix in false information with a whole bunch of true information, giving the impression that everything is true?

If they released a hard drive with just a few incriminating emails and some pictures that could be harvested from any social media site it would be VERY obviously false. So if you're going to feed fake information to Rudy you do so in this manner.

That doesn't make it false, but to date NOBODY has produced the original emails with header data intact so that some amount of authenticity can be verified.

The fact that even editors and writers at the NY Post had reservations about this data and refused to have their names on the byline suggests this data is crap.

I have acted as a witness in corporate cases that required me to attest to the authenticity of, among other things, emails. What amounts to a picture of an email that is clearly not in its original format is not evidence. It would be laughed out of court in the same manner a contract written in crayon would.

A drive exists, but whether it belonged to Hunter is still in question, because this email hardly proves what you think it does. The request to check their records could simply be something along the lines of, "whose name and credit card was used to pay for this repair?" Which could simply be the attorney attempting to find a way to clear his client's name. If the shop can't produce records of payment, then it further casts doubt on the whole thing.

I think you mean "corroborates", and again it's stupid to begin with - the FBI has the hard drives. Not Guiliani, or the shop owner. The FBI has had the drives for almost a year.

I'm in the wait and see camp. You are in the 100% false. We are going to find out down the line and either way I don't see this really swinging many voters. Liberals will cry Russia. Conservatives will talk about it constantly. I see why both would take those positions.
