That doesn't make it false, but to date NOBODY has produced the original emails with header data intact so that some amount of authenticity can be verified. 

The fact that even editors and writers at the NY Post had reservations about this data and refused to have their names on the byline suggests this data is crap.

I have acted as a witness in corporate cases that required me to attest to the authenticity of, among other things, emails. What amounts to a picture of an email that is clearly not in its original format is not evidence. It would be laughed out of court in the same manner a contract written in crayon would.

I'm not in the 100% false. I'm just incredibly skeptical. Guiliani talks for months about dirt he has, and it amounts to basically nothing even IF true, and there are serious questions about whether it's true because to date nobody has released any raw data that would allow an independent analysis. 

It could be that the data contains original emails with headers intact, and that they could be independently verified. In which case, it would be determined to be true or false with a pretty reliable level of accuracy.

Until the, what has been stated so far is nothing more than speculation. If a cop brought screenshots like this to a prosecutor and said "you should press charges", they're going to be told "not until you produce originals and show me a trail". That's just the plain truth.

I know you guys want to just throw all kinds of slime at the Bidens and expect us to believe it's sticking, but it just ain't so.

Well, the FBI isn't holding a fake computer. You raise a good point and we will see what they do in the coming weeks. Until it is I wouldn't feel confident on either side, but you all can do waht you want.

I can see why you would be. I'm not throwing anything at Biden yet. Things like this I'm a wait and see. The emails don't concern me as much as the possible videos of things with possible minors. I'm not passing judgement until there is proof, but at the same time as a human if I hear that I cringe and honestly hope it isn't true.

 If it was real, then it's too late because the whole thing has been botched already. It doesn't matter if they do end up releasing emails that indicate there was a meeting, because nobody is gonna care now. Those emails wouldn't prove corruption on the level we've seen of this administration. This isn't even burying the lede, it's an outright disaster blowing up in your face in real time.

Why would he be contacting the shop owner asking for records to be checked? What is there to check into if nothing exists? Again, I'm not taking a side on the content and I'm not fighting with you all over that part of it. Just saying if I were on either side of this I wouldn't feel 100% confident.
