Is Jackson at the end? IR/surgery needed

Hopefully it’s the end of Jackson here in Philly. Loved his first tour with us, but his second tour should be written off as a failure. Time to cut ties and give our attention to the young guys that will play.

Maybe we make the playoffs and maybe he’s available then but yeah, real close to full time rapper producer whatever ..

I don't even think they should factor him in to their plans if they make the play offs. Just IR him and be done with it.

The worst part about signing Jackson and Jeffery is that Howie didn’t give the Eagles an easy out. Usually, that’s what GM’s  do with an aging/declining player contract. Give themselves an out without much of a cap hit. Howie did the opposite, both guys have huge cap hits. He really screwed up.

So true.  Was looking at Spotrac. If we release both Alshon & DJax after 6/1, we will end up losing $7m in dead cap in 2021 and $9m in dead cap in 2022.  Good grief.
