  • While I disagree with Biden trying to save these idiots from themselves, it just proves what a wonderful human being he is. IMO we should encourage Trumpbots to all give each other Covid so they die o

It's not fair.  You can't even commit terrorist attacks in this country any more.  What even country is this?  What even!???!!

Biden doesnt even have to try.  The liberal democrats are already so scared that old white men are going to overthrow "our democracy," theyre eating out of his hand.

Says the guy terrified of going to Paris because of brown terrorists. I love how often your own arguments blow up in your face.

Terrorists.  Not old white men.  Most of the terrorists weren't old, by the way.  But you're right, it's F'd up that the government has suddenly taken a "don't commit terrorist attacks on American soil" stance.  It doesn't seem right.

He is sugar coating the Insurrection like a good little conservative, but he is technically not wrong. Biden is over correcting the blatant disregard for domestic terrorism that happened during the past 4 years, which is problematic because once that toothpaste is out of the tube, it will be harder to put back in.

All we need is another Trump, but one that actually works and is intelligent, to gain power and it is all over.

Yeah, so much domestic terrorism occurred under trump that this was a natural overcorrection.

Domestic terrorism is probably the wrong word in this context, even though it did happen when that guy decided to shot up a bunch of congressmen at a baseball game and again with the Insurrection, as it was more about domestic unrest and a deepening divide in a country with no help from leadership.

Trump did nothing in regards to slowing down the violence with BLM protests. He refused to say anything about Charlottesville and was the main factor in amping up people that led the the Insurrection. While Trump is not the direct cause of some of this, he did nothing to help reverse the course of events or slow things did. His inaction and his minced words all exacerbated the divide in this country. His inability to put his own personal needs aside and condemn violence led to where we are today.

The overreaction is all about prevention - preventing a more severe reaction from the public. However, it is unnecessary overreaction that could potentially cause more long term harm to individual liberties then it would help.

Didn't he try to send in feds, but then democrats called him a fascist and local politicians blocked almost any and all assistance?

That is not how you fix a problem like that.

Well I think that has been a given for a while now. At this point it’s not enough to add him to Rushmore. We need to have the current group chiseled off and have Biden up there by himself.

I proposed a few weeks ago just building a taller mountain and putting Joe on it, so Abe and the other three will forever be in Bidens shadow.
