I worked at a company where the FBI was one of our clients.  They would often be late on making payments.  Was very scared when I’d call them asking for payment.

Hell, some of Trumps supporters argued that it was BECAUSE Trump was a tax cheat that he was best suited to root it out.

One has nothing to do with the other.  I supported Trump primarily because he was a shark of a businessman from NY and I felt that he was better suited to navigate the rough waters that come with the presidency.  I didn't particular care for the baggage that came along with him, but I do believe his actions while in the Oval Office were intended to be in the best interests of the U.S.  And while he was in office, we had a strong economy, times of relative peace (without U.S. involvement in wars) and a strong nation. 

Biden, on the other hand, has long been an embedded political hack in Washington.  As Mark Twain said "Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reasons.”  From where I'm sitting, I see a man who compromised his political office for personal financial gain.  He certainly did not become a millionaire as a result of his sharp wit or business acumen.  Combine his dishonesty while in office with advancing dementia and we have a real disaster on our hands.

Trump probably cut corners while he was a businessman in the private sector, but I haven't seen anything to show that he used his political successes for personal financial gain.  We cannot say the same about Biden, or for that matter, Obama.

You don't need any of that to become a millionaire. A good paying job over several decades and decent decision making regarding spending and investment choices and an American should be a "millionaire". I always thought the "millionaire politician" arguement to be pretty weak.

So Biden's the corrupt and senile one who got rich through illicit means and Trump is the honest one who is a super smart businessman, that only used the office to better the country rather than for his own financial interests.

I can't fathom what it must be like to elect a president who's in clear mental decline with a history of dishonesty and who brazenly kowtows to dictatorial regimes who are our nation's primary adversaries.
