Damn - lower than Trump at that point in his term.  Question is, how much will Biden break the record low % by?  5 points?  I think he can get into the 20s - GO JOE GO, you can do it!

  • While I disagree with Biden trying to save these idiots from themselves, it just proves what a wonderful human being he is. IMO we should encourage Trumpbots to all give each other Covid so they die o

Lol, told us what, exactly? That we'd be better off with a twice-impeached neofascist and verified traitor as president?  Ummm, yeah, go sit down, woozy

Oh yeah, fatality...total pwnage.

You smooth-brained Trumpbots are so easy to deal with, I barely have to lift a finger around here. It must suck to suck

Pace yourself, only two more months of vacation left to go. You need to rest to be ready for the next school year.

Oh, and yeah, he's triggered.

You becoming noticeably triggered is a clear indicator that you're winning, good point.

Oh, what do we actually have going on? Boom.

Mister "buck stops here" blaming everybody but himself. Exactly what he accused Trump of.

Go sit the F down in a trannies lap.

Even if all of the above were true and attributable to Biden, it still makes him a million times better than a neofascist conman for POTUS. It's all gravy...

well- to be fair, most of what has happened since Biden took office was correctly predicted before hand, and ironically, some of it was what the left was saying was going to happen while Trump was President. Now, that can be just a coincidence, call it Karma, or whatever, but the facts are still the facts, stocks are crashing, Russia invaded Ukraine and we are involved because we are sending $$$, inflation is through the roof, gas prices are at record highs, we have food/supply shortages etc...

An "I told you so", is an appropriate response.

You do not know how much I wanted to be wrong about Biden and his administration.  Alas, I was not wrong.

What, you like Biden and what's going on today?

The really absurd thing is, let's just assume all the bellyaching isn't misguided and that POTUS has a magic wand to lower gas prices. The reality is that 1/3 to 1/2 of the country would literally give up representative government if it saved them a couple of bucks at the gas pump

The gas has nothing to do with it.  They want to get rid of representative government. They just see the gas as an opening to get what they want.

POTUS/Congress could do some things. The biggest of which would be to set up a fund to lend to producers who can’t get financing and to build new refineries. The problem here, aside from market interference (not that you care about this) is that the democrats don’t actually want lower gas prices or increased production. This is an ideological win for them, even if it hurts the country and its people.

Wait, now it's ok for the government to subsidize risky plays in the private sector?

I'm all for increasing domestic production. I've said before that Ukraine changed the game dramatically and that we need to be strongly investing in true energy independence. In the grand scheme of things, I also recognize that alternative energy just isn't there yet; in the long-run, we're going to need to increase oil production before we decrease it.

Yes because Im not a moron. Inflation and high gas prices are happening all over the world. Righties love to point at Hungary as this shining example of how conservative should run a country. Guess what? They have high gas prices and inflation too. Trump spent his entire time in office watching tv, playing golf, and tweeting. He would have done zero about inflation and high gas prices.
