Lol yeah you just add all that income up and voila! Hes a millionaire now No taxes, living expenses....not even any simple multiplication like you promised. Maybe youre the simple one.

He's really not that wealthy for a guy who has been working as long as he has.

He released 22 years of them. It'll tell you how he made his money. Im sure he has a few million but it was not from his senators salary, that is laughable Now go re-read my posts and pretend you understand my point from the beginning Just now, Paul852 said: Again, you really don't understand how investing works which actually makes me very sad for you. The financial illiteracy of this country is astounding.

So many dip ishs in here actually believe a 5 figure salary magically turns into a few million dollars from "investments"

I literally make more than Biden did for the vast majority of his career. Please tell me what investments will make me a millionaire. Id love to retire in my 30s

FFS Not that I don't enjoy watching everyone make fun of you, but just using google would make you look at least slightly less foolish https://www.politico.com/story/2019/07/09/bidens-earned-15-million-after-obama-administration-1404153
September 22, 20223 yr Basically if you are a high profile politician people pay you to speak and work with ghost writers so they can put out books with your face on it. Even Hillary, who is painful to listen to, earns 6 figures every time she would show up and talk somewhere. I'm trying not to paint Trump supporters with a broad brush of being hopelessly stupid, ignorant, and uninformed... but I swear you do it to yourselves.

It's not magic, it's just called not being a F'ing toothless moron from WV who sucks really bad at math. Even if we're talking about his income strictly as a senator until the year 2008, it's still a 35 year period of compounding investments. So no, you can't retire in your 30's because A) you're not negative 5 years old, B) you're from a state with a public education system that failed you in the most heinous ways, C) you're poor and a janitor's income isn't comparable to a senator's, and D) you're far too stupid (see B) to save and invest your money properly.
