Eh disclosing he uses a CPAP machine isn't "turning on him". I think you're reaching here. Plus as Hunt said that kind of minor health stuff will only matter depending on his opponent. Against a young healthy Tim Scott? Maybe. Against diaper Don or C-cup Christie? Meh.

Where have you been? In their desperate attempt to "both sides" it, the main stream media has been attacking the President on a daily basis since the Afghanistan mess. That's the difference between the right and left in this country. Biden doesn't have a fox news, or a Sean Hannity who bombards the air waves with propaganda about how great he is every waking second of every day.

I worry more in 2024.

But Trump has looked worse as well. Trump v2016 was relatively energetic for his age. Trump v2020 looked a bit worn out. In Trump's most recent public appearances he really seems to be going downhill. 

I think Trump is going to look remarkably old and shambling in Republican debates. I don't know how much that will move the die hards, but I think it'll give someone in the field the chance to hammer him.

Trump's going to skip the GOP debates because he doesn't want to face Christie or any other questions. The man is clearly in serious mental decline, and he was already an imbecile to begin with. Let's not forget gems like injecting bleach and taking the airports during the Revolutionary War. I'd say it's even money he skips the general election debates, claiming the moderators are all biased.
