September 7, 20232 yr The CNN poll was concerning to me so I wanted to take a closer look. In the first paragraph of the survey they admit that the sampling has a republican bias. Quote Surveys were obtained August 25-31, 2023 with a representa=ve sample of n=1,503 respondents, including an oversample of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents to reach a total of 898 It's a poorly designed survey. It's no surprise that a sample which includes 60% republicans would favor Trump or any republican candidate over Biden. I'm actually suprised Trump isn't up by more considering the sample. I love how Trumpbots constantly deride CNN as "fake news" until they see something that fits their narrative.
