TBF, most who wear them backwards also install the webbing backwards so the adjustment knob is still in the back, but I’ve know welders who only flip it around when they are welding, so they keep it configured that same The biggest issue with the hard hat in the pic is all the stickers on it. That’s usually a no-no.
