February 2, 20241 yr Economy is in good shape, jobs numbers are way up, stock market is at all-time highs, sorry for your loss trumpbots. I know you wanted to see America crash and burn, but it's still the greatest country in the world, much to your disappointment.

Especially with the "revised down" argument being undercut by the upward revision of 117k in December. Probably will talk about how "all these jobs are govt jobs" or something. Which I'm sure many are, and I'm not particularly fond of that, but a majority are private sector.

February 2, 20241 yr Joe Biden keeps on rockin. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/january-jobs-report-us-economy-adds-353000-jobs-blowing-past-wall-street-expectations-133251408.html January jobs report: US economy adds 353,000 jobs, blowing past Wall Street expectations The labor market started 2024 on a high note. The US economy created 353,000 nonfarm payroll jobs in January, according to new data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics released Friday, more than the 185,000 expected by economists. January's job gains were also higher than December's revised figures, which showed there were 333,000 jobs created last month. Initial data out last month showed there were 216,0000 additions to the workforce in the final month of 2023. Combined, revisions for November and December added a total of 126,000 additional jobs compared to initial reports. The unemployment rate also held steady in January at 3.7% for the third straight month.

Got to get that little confirmation in there for the viewers that even though economists are saying the economy isn’t the disaster the gop scared you to death about… you don’t have to believe them. The gop is light years ahead of democrats on organized messaging through the media.

February 6, 20241 yr Remember when not too long ago, the liberal talking point was that there's no problem at the Southern border. Now it's Trump's fault.
February 7, 20241 yr Bidenomics in action Quote The federal government in 2023 overestimated the number of jobs in the U.S. economy by an average of 105,000 per month in initial reports, equating to a cumulative monthly difference of 1.3 million, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). The cumulative number of jobs reported each month was 1,255,000 less than previously thought, with new seasonal and census data affecting total employment estimates, according to data from the BLS calculated by the Daily Caller News Foundation. The huge downward revisions are in spite of a 115,000 upward revision in December, the only month that saw an upward revision to the employment level in 2023.
February 7, 20241 yr Yeah, plot the revisions to make sure it appears it was an overall down year when it was nothing but. Somewhere around 2.8m jobs were created in 2023, and unemployment stayed low throughout. The economy is strong regardless of whatever "bad news" is manufactured.

And he's saying it's Trump's fault because the bill written by a Republican with Democrats is being tanked because it would make Biden look good, not because of what he did/didn't do in office. Turtle backed the bill yesterday than a few hours later, backtracked cause the GOP has no spine. Mitch McConnell lobbies against border bill — 3 hours after speaking in support of it
February 7, 20241 yr did anyone ever get a reason why the gop said no to the bill ? what in particular pushed them to a NO vote ?

It's not like this is the first time he's done something like this though, sometimes he looks for dead people in the audience and asks where they are. Some resort to insurrection to stay in power others just resort to elder abuse.
