At least Biden has a plan -- now let's whine and carp and wonder why we can't have nice things anymore and the rest of the free world has working bridges, trains, tunnels and mass transportation. In the 50s we built the highway system; in the 60s we had the space program AND fought the Vietnam war AND the cold war. Surely we can handle this.

So we drove from DE to some place in VA and boarded an Amtrak service that also transported your car. It was like 18 hours of pure, unrelenting hell. I've done NYC to Boston on Amtrak (Acela) or to Washington DC. Would never go any further than that.
